This hotel needs some updates - it looks great from the outside and is situated in the heart of downtown (but a long walk from the old town) but rooms are a bit gloomy and in need of some renovation. Staff were friendly and helpful; service was good. But I would choose 1 of the much more modernized hotels around... More

The hotel is well located, in the city centre. It has a starbucks and some shops. There are some points to be fixed: internet signal appears and disappears at its own desire, so too crazy for working there. No minibar.

The hotel is very attractive, as it provides a warm and vibrant atmosphere, the rooms are luminous and fairly well equipped (even though the plombing system seems a bit antiquated), the staff very friendly, the town location is ok, the surrounding area is wonderful for going around. The only little drawback is the lack of any opening window in the... More

Stayed here recently for a conference. Very nice hotel, clean rooms and very close to convention center (1 block). We dined at the restaurant for breakfast two days and one dinner. Food and service always good. There is a Starbucks on the hotel and a decent gift shop. The downtown area was borderline. Being from a big city it didn't... More

The hotel is fine and kept well. During my stay, I had two problems: toilet flush and TV signal. Once called, they immediately sent in people to fix them. If the hotel location were in old town or nob hill it would be much better. Plus, every time walking on 4th street, some homeless people were there making you feel... More

Stayed for five nights during a business conference. Hotel is centrally located near the convention center. The staff is exceptional, nice bar and restaurant, comfortable seating in the atrium lobby. Excellent dinner in the Forque Restaurant. My waiter and sommelier, Benjamin, was five star! The room was quiet and comfortable. Please upgrade the carpets in the rooms and add room... More

After meeting their very friendly staff, I was disappointed in the overal state of the hotel. My first room was room that had not been cleaned and although the staff were very polite, it took some time to find me another clean room. There were stains on my carpet and wallpaper, nothing unseemly just old and displaying wear and tear.... More

The woman at the front desk, Kelly was very helpful, very polite and very professional. We had just got done driving two and a half hours and we were very tired and she got us in our room within minutes. Not only that but we got free breakfast and a discounted rate with our AAA card!

I must start by saying what an amazing staff works here. We were 3 hours past our scheduled arrival time due to a rough day at work. We were welcomed with open arms, smiling faces and then had an amazing surprise of strawberries and chocolates delivered to the room saying they hope our day got better!!!!! Rooms are clean, comfy...
