I stayed here for a memorial at the convention center. The location was perfect for anyone going to the convention center. The room was spacious and comfortable. Starbucks in the hotel was great.. Loved the staff! My only negative, not a ton to eat in the area and the restaurant was a bit over priced..

I was disappointed when I saw my hotel room that I'd staying in for a week long conference. My desk was dirty, the chair was stained and my bed had no bed skirt, in fact it was showing an uncovered, off white naked box spring, Sealy tags & all. I called the front desk and they said "Yea, Hyatt decided... More

Booked a room at the Hyatt to stay the night after an event we were to have attended. The event was cancelled, but since we booked the room, we decided to enjoy an evening downtown and overnight stay. After we checked in, we walked to Duel brewery and tried some local beers at this new brewery and then had an... More

Impossible to have a hot shower in the 4 days of my stay (with one exception: when I took my shower during lunch time...). Room not ready at check-in (at 3PM). Was never informed that room was ready, I had to show up at front desk, etc...

I stayed here two nights on a business trip. This is a nice high rise downtown business hotel. Everything was good. The "self parking" was easy with the entrance around on the other side of the building from the main hotel entrance. There is an elevator from the parking garage to the hotel lobby. I was given a very comfortable... More

This is one of the better hotels in Albuquerque and I've stayed at many. The staff is courteous and attentive, the rooms are clean and well-equipped -- although some are a bit small. Valet parking is great. Location is downtown, but you can drive to anywhere in the city quickly and easily. They didn't have a record of my free... More

I was in Albuquerque on business from 1/27-1/30. When I checked in, I asked the front desk staff where my conference was, he immediately pointed me to the convention center. The staff did not bother to ask if he had the right info. My conference was actually at the Hyatt. So after a long flight, I really did not need... More

Good location right next to Convention Center. Large room with comfortable furnishings, although the lighting was poor. Starbucks coffee in the room! Great cable channel lineup (DirecTV with HBO). Excellent fitness center. Sadly, the bathroom amenities were sorely lacking. No hairdryer. No makeup mirror. Old tired tub and sink. Convenient self-parking in a garage (entry around the block).

The Management Staff know how to treat a Diamond member!!! I was presented with what was called an upgrade when I checked in. I went to the room and I was a little unhappy. I went back down to the Front Desk to ask was this room considered an upgrade. Not to my standard. I did share this with the... More
