From the moment our van driver Brian picked us up, it was excellent service. It was late and he told us there was a limited menu at the bar and it was closing in less than an hour. Had menus in the van for us to look at. He called and said we would be ordering so not to close... More

I am a fan of Hyatts whenever I travel on business. The hotels are uniformly good and more than serve our purposes as business travelers. You always know what you get with a Hyatt. That's why I was disappointed with the Hyatt Albuquerque. The staff was,as always, friendly and courteous. But the facility itself is showing its age. One of... More

The hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and the food in The Forque was delicious. The Wifi on the other hand, is very poor. Every few minutes, we lost connection. It was not possible to get any work done.

We were in Albuquerque for an engagement party and stayed at the property for 2 nights. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Our room was actually really big - not sure if all are that way, so it was nice with the crib to still have ample space to move about. We were on a higher up floor and actually had... More

I am staying here for the ICES cake convention for 4 days and our room is very muggy and a little hot! I am from the Miami area with high humidity and knows what humid feels like. They have been great with sending a technician but he keeps telling us the room is the perfect temperature reading at 68. The... More

Dear Natasha1082: Tank you for staying with us during the Interational Cake Exploration Societe 2014 Conference. We certainly enjoyed seeing all of the beautiful cake displays that were being proudly showcased. The Engineering team has adjusted the thermostat to ensure that no other guest will experience what you have described. Pleas let me know how we may be of assistance... More

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Friendly front desk staff. Unexpected welcome-bag upon check-in. Great restaurant for dinner (see my review on Forque). No shuttle service to/from airport...big problem for business travelers. Taxi/shuttle service adds up fast. Expensive wifi

This hotel is great for those who aren't spending much time in their rooms. It's very convenient to the convention center. The staff at the hotel were very eager to help with whatever questions or give advice, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit tired, but are clean and comfortable. I noticed that one... More

It's 2am and I need to print or save my boarding passes in my computer. Oh, surprise, there is no wifi in my bedroom unless I pay $2.5 for 15 minutes. I refuse to pay for something that any decent hotel in the world offers you for free. I go to reception and they send me to their "Business center".... More

If you have a choice stay at the Andaluz, which is right around the corner. The Hyatt is a convention hotel with very drab rooms. The service was good, but this hotel is nothing special. The pool is small and shaded, not a place I would want to hang out in. The mattresses were very soft and they used a... More

Disappointing from the moment I called from the airport about a shuttle to the motel and was told they did not provide that service to the attempts at getting the AC in my room to work. The rooms were large, clean and beds comfortable noise from the outside was minimal. In room amenities were about what would be expected, and... More
