Expected more from a Hyatt Regency but not bad. Clean, friendly staff. Room didn't get cool even with AC on high. There was a sign in elevator that said a key was necessary to access rooms after 8pm but it wasn't true. A false sense of security. Walls were thin and heard other doors slamming throughout the night. We did... More

I had an unexpected trip to Albuquerque and had to make last minute arrangements. I worked all night and had a early flight out from New York. I arrived way early for check in but they accommodated me and go me in my room so I could freshen up before join family. All through my quick stay the staff was... More

The in-hotel restaurant was very expensive at breakfast and food was bland and dull for the high price of the buffet. Service was slow and drink delivery was slow. There were too few servers for the number of people there. The hostess was very good at helping, but still not enough.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Albuquerque for 5 nights. My room was paid for by the business I was in town for, all but one night. Upon check-in I was not told that my card would be charged for the room price along with a $50 per day charge for "incidentals". This was discovered when I checked my bank... More

Clean, but old, very poor housekeeping. Stayed for 5 days, and bed linen was never changed once.Luckily I travel with my own personal items, as the quarterfilled bottles of lotion, shampoo and conditioner were never replaced.

We travel to Albuquerque frequently and have not stayed at the downtown Hyatt before. We thought the staff was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The hotel parking could be an issue from $16.00-20.00 posted daily rate. But there are other places to park close by. There is an extra upcharge for faster internet connection. We will check it out again... More

We were on a road trip and had some extra Hyatt points to use. We were pleasantly surprised when we could snag a room at the downtown Albuquerque location - directly next to the attractive and modern "town square" and next to the convention center. Underground parking at a reasonable rate given the location. Room was large enough and comfortable.... More

Whereas, the rooms are not spectacular this is a convenient place to stay if you indeed have business in downtown Albuquerque. there is a nice park across the street and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The staff is accommodating and the rooms are wonderfully quiet.
