Yes, this is a beautiful hotel, yes the location is very convenient to downtown restaurants; but the hotel is nothing without the staff. In my opinion, the staff at Hyatt Regency Albuquerque is what keeps the hotel running like a well oiled machine. Starting with Cesar M. Chavez, Guest Services Supervisor, whom we met as we drove in and requested... More

Good hotel for business or pleasure. A few blocks from central avenue and attractions. The staff is friendly and they have a starbucks right at the entrance. Rooms are clean, free internet speed was very good. The only thing is that Parking is a little expensive

For the first time in all of my travels, I have given 5 stars to a hotel that only allowed me to have a below average sleeping experience. The Good: Service was exceptional, from the valet to Taylr (the desk guy) to the housekeeping. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their jobs and were super friendly. The room was very clean... More

We were here for a huge conference (1000+). Although our reservation was made three months in advance and confirmed a week ahead, our room wasn't ready when we arrived. That was a big disappointment because we wanted to freshen up before the first meeting took place. Once we got a room, we were very happy with it overall. As someone... More

Great location, clean large rooms and a nice fitness center. Only down side is it is not located near good restaurants. The downtown area is nice for the convention center but not much more..Nice views!

We were staying here for a big student conference, and needed help figuring out how to take a group of students to visit Acoma Pueblo, on a Saturdy when it's hard to find shuttles, vans or car rentals. Tito the concierge was so helpful--he took time to research and phone rental agencies with me and found me a much better... More

I stayed at the Hyatt for a work function. From check in to check out, the staff were wonderful and helpful. The staff was very responsive to requests during our meeting and did a great job in fulfilling the requests. Meeting rooms were not too cold or too hot (a frequent problem in many hotels). An added bonus was the... More

Location of hotel was accessible to old town and some good restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. I do suggest that attention to the bathroom and the need to eliminate mold on grout of tile. Possible cause from no exhaust fan.

My room was a smoke free room and it clearly was free of any odor (which hasn't been the case of other hotels I've stayed at). The location is excellent, rooms are very well kept and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the staff are polite and helpful.

The hotel staff made staying at the Hyatt Downtown Albuquerque worth the stay. However, the rooms really need significant work and the heating definitely needs upgrading. There was no way to increase the heating in the individual rooms. The staff did say that this upgrade was in the works...but it sure was cold at night!
