I would recommend to anyone. The place is clean, centrally located. Customer service is fast, friendly, and treat you like you are their most important customer. Always a ms. Or mr before the say your last name. Ask if they pronounced it correctly.

Dear Elizabeth H: We enjoyed having the Quilter's Conference attendees staying at our hotel! You were fabulous. Our team is genuinely concerned about ensuring we know each of our guest's name and making everyone feel "more than welcomed." Please let us know if you are ever back in the Albuquerque area! More

The hotel is located near the Albuquerque Convention Center. The front desk was courteous and friendly. The menu selections in Forque are very limited, expensive and did not change in the 5 days I was there. Service in the restaurant was very slow.

Excellent hotel in downtown Albuquerque and close to the convention center. You can walk to the convention center. It is also convenient to take city buses from the area. There also is a free bus. It's not far to the train station either.

Everything, from the time of arrival to check in to the room and check out was excellent. The restaurant for dinner was the best and the room service breakfast was served promptly and hot! The weather wasn't so great and it was nice to have the opportunity to visit the fine shops and have the convenience of the Starbucks right... More

This hotel does a nice job and has without a doubt the best work out room of any hotel in the area. The service is excellent overall and the staff remembers frequent visitors and rewards you appropriately.

Nice hotel; great area; great price. Centrally located to all of Albuquerque. I recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Not always a lot to do in downtown. But there is plenty to do around the hotel.

Stayed for three nights at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque and was one of the nicest Hyatt's I've visited in all my years of travel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, but note the higher levels have better views. On the first floor, there are a number of independent shops accessible from the lobby, including Starbucks. The hotel restaurant/bar is very... More

Cold weather equals cold hallways and rooms. The room you can adjust but dress warm when leaving them. They had a hard time getting us card keys that would work. Finally a very nice maintenance man got the card key to work that evening but in the morning my wife's key would not let her back in the room. Location... More

The blond female bar tender was very rude and condescending. My wife and I each had a drink in our hands. We asked the hotel manager if it would be OK for us to go to Forque restaurant with our drinks or if we had to get rid of them first. The manager said it would not be a problem... More
