Great views from the ample-sized, clean rooms, and staff went out of their way to accommodate requests. The restaurant in the hotel and shops made the location convenient for a business visit. There's a good gym and pool with hot tubs too.

Nothing noteworthy here. Big glass and concrete behemoth. Nightly rate was reasonable but became too pricey with all of the add-on charges such as parking, bottled water, internet, etc. Inner city location in a sterile setting. not within walking distance of much.

I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff made our stay exceptional. Everyone was helpful and skilled, and made us feel welcome.

I was underwhelmed staying here for a conference. The beds are hard and the way they make them is really uncomfortable for sleeping. The chair in my room was grungy. The bathroom was a nice size. The conference facilities are nice. If you want to buy Breaking Bad souvenirs, it's a good spot. It's only two blocks from Central where... More

We stayed at Hyatt Regency during a conference and had a very nice rate for a nice hotel. Good service, friendly staff, amenities I like including heated outside lap pool, fitness center. You could even get supplies, bathrobe, yoga mat on loan on request. Two excellent lunches provided for our meeting. Would stay here again for sure.

First the good: the rooms (bed and bath) are generously sized and clean. The bed comfortable. The location good if you are going to be downtown. If you are parking a car it will set you back $20/night. Desk staff courteous and competent. But there are lots of nits. The chair at the work table is far too low for... More

This Hyatt was just what you would expect for a downtown hotel. Well appointed, clean, great staff. Our room (6th floor) faced North overlooking the Convention Center plaza. The room was clean but had a couple of problems when we checked in. A call to the front desk resolved the noisy ventilation system and the broken TV cable within a... More

This Hyatt has the worst customer service of any hotel I've ever stayed in. We stayed during Balloon Fiesta and I'm sure the staff would like to blame the busy season for their service but there was never a line anywhere just terrible attitudes from the staff. At one point I went to the counter for change and the person... More

The Hyatt was a great place to stay during a recent conference held at the hotel. My room looked out at the Sandia mountains, and I even saw a few hot air balloons in the distance. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. I also appreciated the conference rooms (comfortable, well equipped, and clean). The staff were professional and... More

If you like to sleep in a cool room with nice high thread count sheets and take a HOT bath/shower and a decent view of the city Plus have a nice TV with a remote that works--drapes that close all the way to block the early morning sun.... just a few things we take for granted when staying at what...
