I have settled onto utilizing Econolodge East because of the sweet service, every time, every staff member. Nothing is perfect about the location nor the rooms. What is perfect is the staff. They are what makes it for us. My fiance and I take a measure of patience that has never worn thin with this staff.

Usually econolodge places are decent. But this place was 70 a night. The room was outdated and the beds seemed to be beds from a motel stuck in the 80's. You could hear absolutely everything from other rooms. And this place u really didn't feel secure. In the morning to top it off. A cockroach appeared from behind the TV.... More

This location is quite no noise no trouble off the interstate and close to resturants and grocery store and several gas stations a convient place to stay... The staff and the GM are very friendly and awesome... I recommend this place to all travelers who are passing through.. Rates are reasonable, rooms are clean and big... Beds are comfy!!!

I have been staying here since 2005. Over that time some things have stayed the same: - the staff always friendly and knowledgable - the cleanliness of the rooms With the remodeling that has taken place over last two years or so the guest experience is even better. With great access to I-40 and lots of nearby services this is... More

While I was at the econo lodge i had a great stay; the rooms were clean; the service was fast and flawless; and it was in a very nice safe neighborhood. While here on my stay I felt very safe. I will be definitely coming back on my return trip!

We booked this trip based on the good reviews. Trust me - the reviews are FALSE. We checked in and couldn't believe how dreadful the place was. It's a cheap motel with dirty carpets. It's overlooked by other hotels from where several adults who were clearly on drugs watched us arrive. We got to the room and I logged on... More

Dear Guest Thanks for your contributions. The reviews written by our guests except by Ms. Alexa are not false they are true. There is only one franchise hotel adjacent to us and there is Mc Donalds on the other side. We have only one open corridor facing west towards the franchise hotel. We have not seen people watching at our... More

I booked this room as part of a 6 day moving trip to California from Virginia. In the past and on this trip, I stayed with other choice hotels however when I pulled up to this Econo Lodge I knew immediately I was not going to feel safe staying here. I'm talking the SLUMS of Albuquerque. Literally, street walkers, gang... More

Guest first of all you called at 11.50 pm and said you are TWO HOURS AWAY FROM ALBUQUERQUE AND CANNOT MAKE IT THAT NIGHT AND WANTED TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION. The front desk staff gently explained regarding the 24 hour cancellation policy as the room was held for you. You called again in the morning to another staff and asked... More

If you want a great place to stay with a really good staff this is it. You get more than you paid for. We had a really good sleep here, and it is close to just about everything the traveler needs. We had a fridge in the room.

This hotel was nice. Clean room with comfortable bed and flat screen t.v. a.c worked great. Room was small but it was just me staying so it was perfect. I got a great rate! Manager was very nice and helpful. I recommend this to anyone looking for a room.
