I booked 2 rooms in this hotel couple of months in advance for Balloon festival. when I arrived at the hotel in the evening , they said they are over booked by 7 rooms. waited for a while and finally they provided me the 2 rooms. “Bad stay”

The beds were hard, the breakfast sparse so we went elsewhere. Lobby was shabby. But most of all the shower ran either hot or cold so I had to run a bath. The towels were not plentiful and very thin. I would not go back.

“ROACH, ROACH, ROACH”

The room had no towels, phone or shower curtain and there was trash under the sink. This is what I found when I first entered the room. They brought me some towels, a shower curtain, and a phone. They didn't vacuum but did repair the noisy toilet. But the worst was turning on the bathroom light at 11:30 at night... More
