My family and I stayed at the Marriott Pyramid for one night to enjoy the pool and ammenities. We changed into our swim suits only to find the pool was closed. We were not informed of this when we checked in. We asked if they knew when the pool would open. We were told (in a very unprofessional manner, like... More

We were on a "girls trip". We picked this place out of a hat, really. After a day of travel and shopping, we plunked our stuff down in the very large room which was well-appointed. We went down to the bar to have a drink and some food. One of my friends ordered their house soup, I think they called... More

I travel to town quite a bit on business and this is probably the cleanest and nicest property in town. The beds are very comfortable, the ac works well, and the staff is very friendly. They even have a concierge lounge. Good choice when in Albuquerque.

This place is awesome!! The service, food, and amenities this hotel provides are top quality. Loved eating the morning breakfast here. The waterfall by the elevator makes your day! Also living in a pyramid looking hotel makes this stay feel out of this country!!

great Lobby, good staff, but do not go there to enjoy the pool with kids indoor pool is a joke, outdoor is as big as --- very small. The room is pleasant but the walls can be thin in case of babies next door ... Bed itself is great as you can expect from a Marriott.

Hotel was very busy with a conference, wedding and other events. Front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room (#220) was okay but the bathroom could use some attention from housekeeping (grout, shower curtain, etc). Walls are very thin...listened to an unhappy and crying baby during the evenings. Don't expect a view when staying in this room...you see concrete... More

Dear AAHolt, Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We are so glad that you love the service from the staff. So sorry regarding your room view. We do have a few rooms with a blocked view and we try to only use them when we are at very high occupancy levels. The majority of the rooms... More

We were there for a reunion (Navy) of over 300 people. The staff was great....prompt, and friendly. The atrium was a beautiful place to gather with friends and food. The restaurant servers did an outstanding job and served good food. Our large group kept them very busy. The large meeting rooms were kept clean and beverages were very well managed.... More

Excellent, friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Lobby is a 9 story indoor atrium which has large space by the restaurant for large groups. Only two elevators which is slightly problematic. Breakfast at restaurant is excellent. Hotel was quiet in spite on the fact rooms open onto the atrium. Very small pool - half indoor and half outdoors... More

I suspect this was not a Marriott. It's a large atrium hotel ... can't recall the chain that built a lot of facilities like this, but it was a few grades down from Marriott. Accommodations were a bit tired, but the common areas were clean, service was good, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and varied. B/c I'm a frequent... More

Dear peebs777 Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your thoughts on your recent stay. You are right that the hotel was not originally built as a Marriott, but is became a Marriott in the early 2000's. We follow the Marriott brand standards and offer all the amenities of a full service Marriott. The staff thanks you for... More

This hotel is an easy 10 minute drive from the airport. It's a huge atrium style hotel with a business feel but is family friendly. The front desk staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. We chose a king suite with Concierge level access. The room was big with living room and separate bedroom. The living room has a good sized... More
