To be fair, almost every hotel in Albuquerque is in the middle of nowhere. It is fairly unimpressive city with poor public transport and the various suburbs linked by freeways. You definitively need a car. The hotel seemed to be in an office park area. We were using it as a base for trips to Santa Fe and other places... More

My brother and I stayed in this hotel last summer, having gotten it through Priceline. The rooms were large and the beds were great! The rooms are on the perimeter of the building with an inside courtyard in the middle. Can be a bit noisy but wasn't bad. Nice restaurant with reasonable breakfast prices. It may have changed by now... More

I stayed 2 nights while in Albuquerque visiting a business associate and family. The staff was helpful and friendly. I agree that this location is beginning to show it's age, but the Marriott standard of service is up to date.

Our visit had good and bad points. When we first arrived we were impressed with the exterior and how the hotel looked. The front desk was very friendly and we checked in quickly even though it was early. Once inside the hotel and on our way to our room we felt like we were in an Embassy Suites. The interior... More

I was pleasantly surprised with this Marriott. Having read the reviews, I wasn't sure what I'd get- many say that it is extremely outdated. I'll agree that the rooms could use a refresh, but it is 100% cosmetic. The location was very convenient. This was my first trip to Albuquerque, but it seemed like it was in a nice area... More

We stayed here for a wedding. It was pretty nice... only complaint was the room never really got cool enough for us. Overall a nice place and not a far drive from everything. The staff was helpful and nice.

My friend and I were in town for a convention and chose to stay here because this is where the convention was being held. Called the manager, Cynthia S., to confirm that my reservation was not screwed up, and to inquire as to an upgrade to the concierge level. I have plenty of rewards points, so I figured it was time to spend them! Although I left two messages, one on her voice mail, I heard no response. My first call was on Monday,... More

Great location and view of the mountains. Nice lobby area with bar. Rooms seem a bit outdated but were clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Great Staff. We had our team stay here and everything was exceptional. The only thing that was a stickler was the guest laundry. One washer and dryer does not cut it if you have 12+ girls uniforms to wash and a dozen of teams staying there at the same time. But overall great hotel.
