Stayed here for one night to let the kids do something kid centric to end our family vacation. I thought the water park sounded like a great idea. I booked my room through a third party and was informed upon arrival that our fee did not include access to the water park. This in itself wasn't a huge surprise, but... More

More like a 3.5, but we were mostly happy with our stay. The room was decent. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the down comforter was a plus. A/C worked, and you have the option of running the fan all night for white noise. There were a few cosmetic issues- peeling wallpaper and paint chipping, but the benefits outweighed... More

The condition of the rooms you encountered is unacceptable. Our Director of Housekeeping will personally address the team members that were responsible for your room. As well, the response time to have the bug removed from your room will be addressed with the Front Desk Manager. I am truly sorry that you and your family encountered those unforgivable errors. I... After reading the more recent reviews, I was a little concerned about the booking I had made over a month ago. At least, I was prepared for the worst... And it wasn't as bad as I thought. Yes, the hotel feels dated. It doesn't feel like it has been remodeled since it was built. We had the loft suite for... More

I appreciate you and your family for giving our hotel an opportunity to overcome your hesitations about our urban resort. I will have our Dir of Facilities review the heat challenge, as well as upstairs curtains. Thank you for the wonderful feedback on the water park, and the pizza at the snack shop. We look forward to your hopeful return.... More

This is a very large property, and very understaffed. Where to begin.... 1) Luke warm showers, ridiculous 2) Dark rooms, insufficient lighting 3) Atrium pool was cold and not very clean 4) Water park was very loud, due to music 5) Beds are way to small for family of four (two doubles) 6) Sleep by number beds are not practical... Your detailed feedback is truly appreciated. The situation regarding the ID for towels and use for beverages is something we did not think of. While rules are posted, we are taking your suggestions to have someone at the park entrance to greet and direct. Also hand out WP rules at check in. I am very sorry you and your family... More

Where to begin? Reservations. Horrible! The website link wouldnt work, so had to call. Did you know you dont get to talk to people at the actual hotel? Reservations arent even in the same state. They have never even been to the hotel or waterpark. They tell you one thing & its totally different once you get there. They also... More

We had a really good experience at this hotel! The service was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was very clean and updated. We stayed for 2 nights on our way back to Missouri from Arizona. The location was great, just off the interstate and about 10 minutes from a very nice children's science museum that we really... I booked this hotel through priceline at a great rate! Being a mom of a toddler I knew that we would be spending a lot of time at the hotel so I said "Hey its got a waterpark!sold!" I called to make sure it was going to be open for the days of our stay (m through f) the lady... More

The staff here is very nice! The hotel itself not so much. Please note that I'm writing this while I'm actually staying in one of the rooms. First room we were in the bathroom door was always getting stuck but the lock itself was broken! It was the knobb that would not turn. I think I got sick twice and... More

As a parent, I can truly understand your frustrations about the bathroom door knob failing twice in two rooms! Especially for the children stuck in the bathroom unable to get out! This is something I personally am addressing with the Engineering Staff. Please accept my apologies to you and your children. Thank you so much for acknowledging our great Staff.... More
