If I could I would give it a zero and a big law suit. I'm actually still considering it. I talked to Patrick Hutchinson regarding our first and only stay there. He said he would adjust our bill and call me that following Monday. It's been over two weeks now and I sent him an email last week...he still has... More

Dead roach in the room. Chips crunched in the floor. Contact lens and hair in the sheets. Ac/heater makes awful sounds. Gross gross gross!!! Rooms not clean. As I'm writing this review at 12:22 am on a Monday people are outside of my room being loud with very noisy cars. I wouldn't recomnend this dump to anyone. I hope the... More

The hotel was filthy. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned. The room was freezing and the bed was like sleeping on an air mattress. The outdoor pool area was trashed and littered with beer bottles and cigarette butts. food at their breakfast buffet was cold. Don't waste your money here.

If you have children, this is the place to stay in Albuquerque. They have various pools and water slides. Since I was travelling solo and the location was close or easy to access to many prime locations, I booked it. The rooms were arte, almost mini suites. It was a pleasant experience.

Upon entering this place looks nice, really nice! I was so excited. That is where it ended. We got our keys and went to find our room. The staff provided no directions. We got lost. Apparently signs weren't in the budget. After wandering around for quite some time we went back to the front desk and they gave us a... More

I'm not excited that i have to give at least one star to this place. I went to the New Years Eve event at the water park and was amazed, but in a negative way. This was the most mis-managed event I've ever been to. From the moment I arrived, I had no idea what was going on. There are... More

When we checked into Hotel Cascada Steffen was very accommodating we reserved 2 rooms and he made sure that they were adjoining, When we arrived at the rooms they were 57 degrees not what I would say a warm welcome. Little did we know at the time that the room would never warm up more than 9 degrees warmer than... More

Note: This review is of the water park only. I did not stay overnight at this hotel. My family and I went to the hotel's water park this afternoon just for fun. We really enjoyed ourselves. Well, except the one-year-old; she got a splash on the head early on and didn't like it, so she sat with her grandma and... More
