Well check in was good and the hotel is pretty good size and our room was in the far back, Separate from the main building but the rooms were nice the sleep number beds was a new one for me and were pretty comfortable, The water park was pretty cool, I was able to wind down with a couple cold... EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my stay. Very overpriced for overall quality. Rooms were decent but bathrooms could use some serious work. Could use some serious refurbishing in general. Staff was rude. Water park was a complete disaster. Had to wait 3+ hours to get a tube and get on the rides. Had to wait another 1.5 hour for a towel! DO... More

I was lucky to be a guest here for the balloon festival and now I am back for a work related trip. It was just as good as the first stay. Love the sleep number bed. Really trying to get my husband to buy us one at home. I love the Albuquerque area and I am very glad that my... More

I flew out to see my grand kids and we stayed at the Hotel cascada. Our room was very large and plenty of room for my kiddos and all the belongings. We changed into our suits and headed to the water park. What a day we had! So much fun on all the slides, I couldn't keep up with them.... More

My family and I spent the New Year at this hotel. When we arrived, the room was less than clean, and didn't even have a bar of soap. We tried the sports bar downstairs, only to be told they were out of almost every kind of alcohol. We ordered a Coors Light, and a Crown and Coke. Later that evening,... More

Got the Heros Pkg that included the water passes. We requested when booking, two queen beds and got two doubles. Both beds were very uncomfortable. Room was clean, shower hot. Like to have bathroom sink separate from the shower and toilet area, ours didn't. It has to water park so that was exciting for the grandchildren. Not sure the price... More

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the waterpark, which is fabulous, but the people aren't near as nice as when the hotel was run by Radison. We have stayed here many times and I only come for the waterpark. The rooms are horrible. Wifi is patchy at best. The sleep number beds are the most uncomfortable... More

We stayed here for a quick family staycation and were unimpressed. Certainly I've stayed in worse, but not for this kind of price. Proceeding in order of what annoyed me: lobby cold, filthy hallway carpet, room cold, two light bulbs missing in room, weird bathroom layout, substandard renovation of bathroom, water "park" kind of gross - like they can't be... Ok, driving through from California to Texas, this was a good half way point.. Booked on Priceline. Yep, all good, better than motel 6 (last night) great price. The hotel has a great sleep number bed, King room, couch, tv etc.. All good. A few small issues like wallpaper peeling off etc. could pay a little more attention to detail.... More
