It is hard to tell you what a wonderful experience it was, to stay at this property. The staff graciously allowed an early arrival for me and my grandson. For $90, we had a two room suite. The main room had a sleeper sofa, microwave, fridge, easy chair, desk, and flat-screen TV. The bedroom had two queen beds, chests of... More

From the time we walked up to the reception desk, we were happy with our choice of hotel. The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The room was larger than we expected, had all the amenities we wanted, and was spotless. We stayed at 3 different hotels on this trip. Quality Inn, at $80 per night for a suite, was... More

Yes, this property is on the older side...however- the price is lower because of that. If you look at what you get for what your paying this is a very good deal. -When we arrived we were offered hot, homemade soup! Soup is served every night 4-6...for free! After being out in the cold this was very comforting and appreciated!... More

In Albuquerque for a family funeral we found this hotel convenient to the places we had to visit. The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We had several family members staying there and they made sure we all stayed near one another. Rooms were of generous size and clean. Included breakfast provided hot entrees, pastries,... More

This was an impulsive hotel stay. Since traffic off the highway/Pan American is ridiculous because of all the construction I was just fed up with being stuck for so long I pulled in this hotel and ended up staying for a few nights. Great location, I was trying to go to Sandia Casino in the first place and here they... More

I was the only vehicle parked in the back so I moved it up front and had to walk thru a maze of hallways back to my room. I didn't feel safe leaving my car parked in the back. The water pressure was very low. It literally tricked out of the shower head. I reported it to the front desk... More

Minor things wrong or in need of repair in the room were the drain flange in lavatory was rusty, the faucet leaked ever so slightly, and the hair dryer was defective. In the hallway, the carpets needed re-stretching as there was excess carpeting causing wrinkled areas you had to walk over carefully. The weight and exercise room was the worst... More

We stayed from 10/08 till 10/13 for the balloon fiesta. The first room had problems with the toilet. They sent maintenance up and plunged it. It worked for a little while and plugged again that night. Called and told no rooms to move too, would move us next day. Moved to new room next day, key card quit working. They... More

Arrived early afternoon, and were advised by Brian, the day clerk/manager that we had been upgraded to a suite. Very nice. After many days in motels, the suite was a welcome change. The next day we asked to extend our reservation, no problem, we were told. Brian was helpful as well a gracious, providing the address and phone number of... More

The hotel was easy to find although the quite complex road network and volume of traffic at 5pm was a little scary. Polite staff, spacious and clean bedroom, good free Wi-Fi and a good complimentary breakfast.
