What a lovely experience. I travel for work and often have to stay in a chain hotel but this time, the chain hotel was booked. Looked for something close and came upon this B&B. All the reviews were so positive I decided to take a chance. Couldn't have been a nicer place to stay - lovely room, lovely breakfast, lovely... More

We had originally planned to stay in one of the townhouses. When we arrived we found it was a plain, though thoughtfully decorated, condo. It would have been wonderful for a family who wanted cooking facilities, but we decided to ask for another room. Since Albuquerque is rather quiet in January, Tammy graciously accommodated us. So we ended up on... More

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Albuquerque. My sister and I stayed in one of the townhouses and felt completely at home. The breakfasts and snacks were great. The hosts and staff were most hospitable, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Mauger B & B and would love to stay there again. Thank you... More

Staying here was wonderful. The owner, Tammy, was personable and her concierge services were great. The staff was also great and the breakfasts were consistently delicious. As a vegetarian, I especially appreciated that the meat was separate instead of being baked into the hotdish. The location is also great, between downtown and Old Town. It is difficult to imagine how... More

We recently visited Albuquerque with our 5-month-old baby, and staying at the Mauger Estate B & B was the highlight of our time there. Everyone there was completely professional and hospitable from start to finish, and the breakfasts were delicious. Try the french toast souffle! A great place to stay with your family, as the walls are very thick and... More

This review is long overdue. Earlier this year, we found ourselves "stranded" in Albuquerque, after our flight home was cancelled. Although we began our vacation in a luxury resort outside of town, we decided to spend the couple of extra days we had in Albuquerque at the Mauger B and B. We could not be happier that we did. Our... More

I used to live in Albuquerque, and was visiting friends and family during my stay at this quaint location. This beautifully restored home charmed me as soon as I walked up, and met the owner's dog (who was in the yard out front). My fiancee and I were in one of the king rooms, and I did find it a... More

From making the reservation to our friendly goodbye when we left, our stay at this quaint, comfortable and reasonable BB was excellent. Our room (2A- one of the 2 king bed rooms) was spacious, clean and with all the comforts of home. There is great attention to detail in the rooms and the common areas. We enjoyed complimentary wine and... More

Two friends and I met for a brief vacation in ABQ and stayed two nights at the Mauger B & B's townhouse. What a great choice! The place was clean and with about every convenience one could practically ask for. The late afternoon wine and cheese party, as well as the breakfast, was just lovely as well. One mile from... More

The home (B&B) is very nice, but as is often the case with B&B's in the city it's on the edge of nowhere/downtown. I suppose some would call it a "seedy area" between downtown and Old Town. The web site states that the home (B&B) centrally located and within walking distance of Old Town. It is centrally located, but it's... More

There are many people who believe that 1 mile is walking distance. Our location is accurately described as “Between downtown and Old Town.” I suppose everyone has a different definition of walking distance, so I can understand that complaint, and I will change the wording. I do expect our guests to let me know if there are problems during their... More
