The "mansion" is a modest turn of the century house in what is now the edge of downtown and an adjacent older single family neighborhood. There is nothing of interest within walking distance. I was in Albuquerque for a business trip and when the recommended hotels were full, I was fortunate to be able to find Mauger Estate online and book a room there.
