Very nice historic family B&B well located for downtown Albuquerque and Main Street Route 66. Very comfortable bedrooms well appointed. The hosts make you most welcome and the verandah is a nice place to sit during the early evenings. Breakfasts are prepared by the hosts and be sure to watch out for the Egg and Mushroom soufflé , quite delightful.

Tammy and her staff are all extremely welcoming, helpful, courteous - and they can definitely cook! Three of us shared the two bedroom townhouse (with pullout bed downstairs) and it was perfect! The bed was comfortable, the townhouse plenty spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent! Great value- would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The location is decent (walking distance from a few nice restaurants, short drive from Central). We had already planned to eat elsewhere, so we didn't enjoy the breakfast, but even without that the value for this place was great. Rooms are very comfortable.
