I knew the Mansion was close to downtown Albuquerque but I had no idea just how wonderfully close it would be. It is also incredibly convenient to the airport, just a 15 min drive. The innkeepers were welcoming and we loved our room in the back of the house. We walked downtown to a delightful restaurant High Noon which was... More

If you are looking for a special place in Albuquerque, then this is it. This B&B is perfectly located near Old Town, has free parking across, offers free wifi in the room, and has a computer terminal in the living room, along with a printer. Our bedroom was spacious, and it was equipped with a big flat tv. There was... More

We went to Albuquerque for a mini-family reunion and stayed at the Bottger Mansion. It was a wonderful choice. The Christie room was quiet and comfortable. It was close to the common guest area which was a convenient place to sit and read. Coffee and tea were always available, and there were delicious cookies in the afternoon. We shared an... More

The location of the Bottger Mansion couldn't be better to visit the Old Town of Albuquerque. The innkeepers offer complimentary parking in the parking lot across the street. It was perfect as we were looking forward to exploring the town on foot. Albuquerque was the last stop of our 9 day trip through New Mexico and we wished we had... More

We stayed in the Christie room, as a twin (it can also be a kingsize bed) which has a large bathroom, with full bath and shower. The room is charming with original 30's murals around the top of the walls. There is a comfortable sitting room, with computer and printer available for guest use. In the breakfast room, there is... We planned a fun weekend in Albuquerque with our friends. We dressed up for Halloween, stayed in the beautiful Bottger Mansion and after a short walk to the High Noon Saloon for a wonderful dinner, we attended the local ghost tour. It rained during the ghost tour which added to the spooky ambience of the event. Everything was within walking... More

We stayed in the route 66 room and it was very nice. Large room with a sitting area on the first floor. Very convenient to old town (just down the block), and parking is easy as well. Innkeepers were pleasant and helpful, and breakfasts were good. Downside was there was a lot of floor noise from the room above us... More

My sister found this B&B for us. It was just what we needed. Right on the edge of Old Town, close to two of the best eateries in the area (Vinaigrettes and Monroe's), and our room was quiet, cozy, super clean and with thoughtful details, like a large bottle of water in the room, fresh coffee and cookies, access to... Kathy and Steve have created the perfect getaway. Very comfortable and appealing rooms in an historic building, that is also all about location location location. Moments away from Old Town, Route 66, botanical gardens, and their recommended eateries. Kathy and Steve were always available, but never intrusive. My sister and her husband are already planning a return visit.

We found downtown Albuquerque disappointing, but Old Town had it's charms...and if you are going to visit Old Town, the only place to stay is Bottger Mansion. Our room was very comfortable with a beyond spacious bathroom. (Sorry, forgot the name of our room -- but it was on the first floor, towards the back). As noted elsewhere here, Steve... More
