The Bottger Mansion just off the Old Town Plaza was the perfect place to spend our last night in New Mexico. Host Steve Hiatt provided many suggestions on things to do and see and made sure we found a delicious spot for a New Mexican dinner within walking distance of the inn. Kathy Hiatt had noted the diet restrictions we... More

Bottger Mansion is a meticulously maintained B&B in Albuquerque’s Old Town. Its rooms are named after local historical figures: we stayed in the Franz Huning, a pretty room on the second floor. The decor is romantic, with a four-poster bed so high that steps are provided. A previous occupant noted in the guestbook that she had never climbed steps into... More

I have to say right now that my husband and I have 2 different views of this place. I would have given this 3 stars; he would have given it 5 stars. The Route 66 suite is exquisite. The detail and thoughtfulness in decorating and providing for a traveler's needs are evident in the room. It includes a sitting room,... More

The only B&B I could find that had twin beds in Albuquerque was the Bottger Mansion of Old Town. What a FIND—free parking in the city lot just across the street. Perfect. The B&B is immaculately kept by owners Steve and Kathy and their part-time housekeeper. This was sooooo comfortable, sooooo quiet (even though planes are landing a short ways... More

This is our second stay. There is not a better way to spend a relaxing weekend in Albuquerque. The history that surrounds this Bed and Breakfast and its close location to the Old Town Plaza and shops make it a great place to stay. Very comfortable rooms and the outside patio and yard are a great place to start your... More

Had booked two nights here whilst touring New Mexico we enjoyed our visit so much that we ended up returning for a third night. You can stay in motels and hotels marginally cheaper but staying here is an experience. Eating a gourmet breakfast out on the patio each morning is a treat together with individually themed rooms and there are... More

A charming historic mansion with 7 rooms, each named for a historic person. Beautifully appointed, friendly innkeepers, delicious breakfast. We had blueberry French toast with a fruit cup served in the garden. Lovely, quiet, right off the plaza in Old Town. Lovely room upstairs with antique wardrobe, bathrobe, and amenities. Guest fridge in the main kitchen. Can't wait to plant... More

We have stayed here twice and could not ask for any better accommodations. Steve & Cathy are gracious hosts and made our stay very memorable. Loved being right there in old Town. Scrumptious breakfast. Oh also, thank you for the Holly hock seeds, they are doing very well.

I am so glad I booked this B&B instead of any old Hotel. The hosts were fantastic, very easy to talk to. The property is amazing both inside and out, with a lot of birds flying about in the back garden, including some hummingbirds which was a real treat. Breakfast was divine... If you're thinking about skipping it to go... More

Right on the main street in Old Town at the corner of Rt 66! Very well managed property. Excellent breakfast. "Rt 66" room was a winner! Steve and Kathy were most welcoming and informative. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Albuquerque.
