We stayed for a few nights and it was very clean , right in the middle of Albuquerque , central where everything is, in walking distance of all the restaurants and pharmacies and pretty much everything . the main reason we stayed here, was to have a good nightrest, which succeeded. The bed is fantastic, so are the pillows. The room has good curtains, so no light ( or noice) enters while you sleep. In the morning you can take a warm shower in a clean bathroom. The host is really sweet and helpfull. She gave us... More

A very friendly, clean and welcoming (a little tired), motel in the Route 66 tradition. A number of bars/restaurants within a short walk provide good reasons to spend a night here. A laundry room was a welcome sight! (2 weeks on the road!)

This is a great Hotel, it takes you back to when Route 66 was the road to travel and it has that old time feel. You don't get a hair dryer or coffee in your room because in those days it just wasn't that way. The rooms are large and full of light, the location is great because UNM is... More

We liked the location and old fashioned amenities such as examining the room before signing up for the night. We got a little history of who stays in the only king-sized bedroom they have and liked the friendly innkeeper. We would return to stay here again even though there is no hair dryer

Stayed one night. Would be great for a short stay or a stop-over as it is right in the middle of bars and shopping in ABQ. Rooms were clean and had working wi-fi. Paid a little more than we would have liked but it saved us having to ride a taxi to the bars, etc.

Decent room, excellent wifi, good location, awesome staff, old Route 66 motel, nuff said, why do these reviews have to be 200 characters? Walked to dinner and bars on central avenue, took a hungover dip in the pool on the morning, cured my headache. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The main problem was the a/c didn't not cool, only moved air around a little. In the fall or spring, that probably wouldn't be a problem. We walked next door to Kelly's Brewery (really great find!) and thought the room would cool down by the time we got back - wrong. Too tired to look for another hotel we stayed.... More

Stayed a couple nights with a girl friend. First room we were put in had a few bugs crawling around the bathroom and some noise was very noticeable sort of like running water or a fan running somewhere. We asked to move to a quieter room and they obliged. The second night we stayed right out the back windows was... More
