This place is a great example of attention to detail. If you are on the fence about the expense for a nice get away- go ahead, it's a great place. The rooms are beautifully appointed and clean! Plenty of towels and our room had a tub AND a shower. I absolutely love the open layout of the casino and the... More

Stayed for 2 nights last week - this is the second time we have been there. It is an Indian owned casino which means no drinks are comped or allowed while gambling - you have to go to one of the bars and purchase your drinks. You cannot take drinks onto the casino floor. While gambling you are served soft... More

Absolutely excellent service. Rooms are first class they spared no expense. Furnishings all top notch and we'll kept. Room and food prices were very reasonable for players club members. No large wins on the slots bit enough to break even. Very happy with stay.

My boyfriend and I didn't stay at this hotel, we just decided to spend our last night in Albuquerque at the Casino for a fun night out. The smoking indoors was a little rough to be honest. We ate at the restaurant in there first (The Council Room) the food was pretty good and the service was great! Wasn't expensive... More

I was less than excited that the planning committee had scheduled the reunion at a casino, so I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The architecture is pure New Mexico! The property has beautiful lines, reminiscent of the pueblos. There are vigas throughout the property and beautiful wall finishes. We had to pass through the casino on the trek from... More

I am planning on visiting Albuquerque on business for 4 days next month and called them requesting a nonsmoking room. They replied that they do not guarantee any room types. Are you serious????? That is a bunch of carp!

We visited while in town for the Balloon Fiesta. It appeared to be your basic casino, nothing special. Free valet parking, free beverage service - though much slower than what I generally experience on the East Coast.

Have stayed here several times....business and pleasure. Beautiful resort w. beautiful views and attentive staff. Rooms are large, well appointed w. comfortable beds; have enjoyed stays in the one-bedroom suites, 2-bedroom suites as well as the standard rooms. Staff is efficient and friendly; rooms are clean. Biggest plus....the Green Reed Spa!! Truly enjoyable experience every time. The large pool and... More

This place is beautiful, shows lots of cultural scenery, and the restaurant has great food.. nice modern rooms and customer service is great.. Customer service: came in and was immediately acknowledged. Prompt check in and the elevators came quick. The pool was large and was semi crowded. The casino was fair, non smoking room was small. But if your a... More

Gamblers beware! The casino is exceptionally tight. I played the dollar machines for at least eight straight hours. I spent $2000 in the casino, amassing a large number of points. The casino VIP office refused to comp my room. I will never play here again.
