We stayed here as part of a business trip for a conference at the hotel. We were given a 2 Queen bedroom on the 8th floor that looked west over Albuquerque. In the morning it was beautiful to watch the hot air balloons floating. Lots of pillows on each bed. Room had a safe and a refrigerator. Free Wifi and... More

The resort and casino are absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Our room was large and very comfortable. The bath featured a gorgeous, large whirlpool, soaking tub and a separate shower stall. The tub filled very fast and the water was always very hot. Our room overlooked the golf course. The food was very good. The... More

Place did not have any rooms available when we checked in before 4 pm. We said that was okay, for they had a room at the north? end (last room). Thought there was an excess amount of a/c noise, but we went out for dinner and some gaming. Went back to get some rest, after traveling 8 hours and all... More

Stopped in to gamble (which , yes, I am inclined to do--they had a promotional sign up where they provided $25 play for new sign ups ) We played the free money, but we had arrived by plane in Albuquerque , toured old town, and were heading to Ruidoso the next day--really had no plans on a place to stay.... The hotel has amenities well beyond being a casino hotel. I was there for a work trip and did not visit the casino but still enjoyed my visit because of several reasons: views, staff friendliness, transportation and food. The food at many casinos is not great- but the Council room restaurant had a tasty green chile meatloaf and a red... More

My wife and I stopped at the Sandia Resort and Casino for lunch. The buffet costs $10 and change and had so many delicious options I about busted a belt. The dessert selections were insane. The main course selections were even more insane. Following lunch we walked around the facility and enjoyed sitting by the pool which overlooked the majestic... More

This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the foothills by Sandia Mountain in Albuquerque, NM. This is one of the nicest casino hotels I have ever visited. The rooms are very spacious and moderately prices. The hotel staff is warm and friendly at every level. The food in the Council Dining Room is excellent. I can't think of enough good... More

Five minutes ruined a life time Just walking in the doors at Sandia Resort and Casino Sunday morning made sure I would never return, never make another reservation, and made sure that every person I meet in life will know how bad this place is. So Sandia Resort and Casino claims to have a policy stating that no knives are... More

We planned a nice evening get away at Sandia but when we were ready to settle in for the evening our next door neighbors were just getting the party started. At 10 and 11 we called the front desk asking for quiet. At midnight we finally got up, dressed and returned home giving up on getting sleep as the party... More

This the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The beds are amazing and the bathrooms are beautiful. Here are some tips. At check in, ask if you may face the golf course. It is fun to watch the players on the 18th hole and the sunrise is spectacular. Also, you can get a better rate by getting a player's card... then... More
