Check in agent was not very helpful. I went down to use the hot tub and found it empty and out of service. Breakfast was clean, hot and well stocked. The hotel is in a good location on the west side of Albuquerque with a few restaurants and gas stations close by.

This property was really easy access off the freeway I-40. Nice friendly staff check in was easy and quick. Not the best area of the town but there security was right there. The king suite we had was comfortable very clean bedding smelled fresh and nice room had a good feeling we got a great night sleep. Hampton Inn I... More

This place is one of the nicest Hampton inn I've ever been to – they have a great breakfast buffet, everything is clean, and the help is super friendly. We stayed in a ton of Hampton Inns, but this was easily the nicest. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Awesome!

We stayed at this Hampton Inn on a recent drive through Albuquerque. It was about average for the many we've stayed at over the years. Location is convenient to the highway, but tucked into a less than appealing area. Challenging access to the road leading back to the place. Nothing much around. Seemed expensive given the location and surroundings.

We stayed here whilst doing Route 66 as it is directly off the mother road, the hotel is very clean and smart and the staff were very pleasant. We had a suite and took full advantage of the free breakfast and Wi Fi. The hotel is in an area that has a lot of transport and trucks but was very... More

This hotel ranks high on my list of places to stay again. We had wanted to stay at the casino/resort that was 20 miles away, but they were sold out due to the concert we were attending. This hotel is well lit, easy to find, good service and immaculate rooms. My only complaint is about the breakfast being short of... More

This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful staff. I really enjoyed the "real" breakfast. As a Diamond HHonors member I was upgraded to a suite and given snack goodies to eat. I will stay here again and again and again.

the hotel looks good on the outside, dirty as you can get once you are in the room, my daughter ran bare feet on the carpet her feet were black, we washed her feet and she ran on the carpet again, and the were black once more. When we went to breakfast, the room was full so we waited in... More

We usually stay with family when we visit Albuquerque but needed a hotel this time. The reviews I read were all accurate...it was a great place to stay. We had a 3 night stay in a Queen suite for our family of 5 and it was perfect. Easy access to the highway and not in a noisy location. The room... More

Our visit was a one night stay as we were on our way traveling western. Good location, new hotel and our room was very nice. The staff was nice and helpful with restaurant and shopping locations. We have stayed at 4 different Hampton Inn in the last week and in our opinion the "free" breakfast is serious lacking at all... More
