This place used to be great but now it is a dump. It is dirty and linens are a joke. The postage size towels look like they got them from Goodwill. (Seriously, I wash my car with better towels). The security locks to the hallways have been disabled and the hall doors could be entered without using a key card.... more

I stayed here while going to the Gathering of Nations Pow-wow. It was withing walking distance of the pow-wow but due to the long days we decided to drive for the most part. It would have been nice if they had offered shuttle service. They seemed to be having problems with the room keys - the young lady at the... more

Where to start? I was stuck in this train wreck for five days due to business where the reservations were made by a third party. There were no other rooms available anywhere else or I would have moved. Walking to my room I saw cigarette butts all over and the stairs were rusted through in places. The supposed "security locks"... more

The room was supposed to come with internet, but....it did not work. I asked to have it fixed a total of 8 times. Eventually I gave up!! I even talked to the manager of the motel who was unresponsive and clearly did not care about customer service. They promised to get it fixed and did not follow through. At the... more

Initially we liked that it was inexpensive and that breakfast was included. However they charged us an extra 200.00 on our credit card and the breakfast was so bad and greasy it was not fit for my dogs to eat. We ate out every day for all meals. They had a restaurant bar but we ordered from there and the... more

Any positive reviews for this hotel is either from the staff or from people who do not know what a three star hotel is supposed to be like, unless a three star hotel in Albuquerque is a one star in other places in the country. The room was filthy. My carpets were stained and had burn marks in them. My... more

I stayed 4 days in August 2007 and let me warn you about all the pre-2007 reviews. The hotel is under new management and is much, MUCH better than stated in those reviews. For a very reasonable price (I paid $59 per night for a 2 double beds room), you get a clean room and the staff is rather friendly.... more

If you are in Albuquerque for a quick 2 or 3 day trip, this hotel fits the bill. Large clean rooms and a great free hot breakfast buffet. Shuttle service from airport is 5 minutes and the shuttle driver offered to take us to several locations in the area. Courteous staff and great location. more

Had to spend the night in Abq and went to Hotwire and pick a hotel that was 3 stars and near the aiport. Its your basic motel with a pool and a hot breakfast in the morning. The rooms were old and needed a makeover. I would rate this hotel a two star more

We thought this would be an OK place to crash after arriving in late to the Albuquerque airport but we should have spent a little more. This place needs a lot of work, especially in the bathroom. The faucet is our shower was messed up - on crooked; sink had lots of cracks in the base; there was a horrible... more
