Everything was great in this hotel except the location made me uncomfortable in the security of my automobile and the contents. The staff were outstanding. The room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was excellent Security should be added to the parking lot to make this property rate as a great stay.

Thank you for your review. We have had a contract with IPS Armed Security for many years, but you may have overlooked the signage in front of the hotel when you checked in. They are all retired police officers and military reserve personnel, with full training and certification. Fortunately, we rarely have to utilize their services. The area where we... More

Very Good Place to Stay. Staff was very accommodating. Parking is tight and limited, if traveling with a trailer- parking is very limited and tight spaced, so be anticipating some difficulty. On a positive note, I forgot something extremely important in room after checking out, 2 states away upon realizing this, called and asked if staff found it, which they... More

Thank you for your recent review. Your input is always appreciated. Our hotel was built on a lot which was previously owned by another company. We had limited space to build the hotel, and even more limited space for parking. Although we have ample parking for cars, it posed a problem for the long haul truckers and those guests pulling... This is a nice hotel. The rooms were clean. It isn't located in the best part of town but it is not in the worst area either and we didn't encounter any problems. We would stay here again. Breakfast was good.

Thank you for your review. I was glad to hear your stay was a memorable experience for you. We always work hard to ensure our guests are comfortable and settled in. It's what keeps them coming back to their "home away from home." We look forward to seeing you on your next visit. More

The staff was very nice. The corridor carpeting was dirty and the room maintenance was not particularly great. Breakfast while good, was not replenished in a timely manor. Overall my stay was OK but not the best I have had at La Quinta hotels.

Thank you for your review. Other than the occasional spot cleaning, the preventive maintenance and deep cleaning are performed quarterly. With the vacation travel season I full swing, we have been sold out nearly every night since June, making it difficult to access the guest rooms for this purpose. The increased traffic prompted us to reschedule the deep clean process... More

We were looking for a clean pet friendly hotel located close to the highway for a quick overnight stay on our way to Colorado. I was pleased with the size of the rooms since I was traveling with a German Shepard and my husband. Having two televisions and a wide variety of restaurants that deliver as well as room service... Room in the back was quiet except.... Our first night, in the room next door, a big dog barked for over two hours. The owners were gone during that time. The second night, same room, someone or ones were smoking and the smell drifted into our room. Staff was notified, and upon check out, a refund was given. Not their... More

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the inconsiderate neighbors you had. All of our pet guests are made to sign an agreement that they will not leave their pets unattended in the room. We require a cell phone number at check-in so that we can contact them the instant we are notified that their pet has become a... More

I stayed at 5 La Quintas in 5 nights on a road trip this week. This was a great hotel that was well maintained and worked out well for me and my dog. The location was a little weird in an industrial part of town, but my wrong turn at the interstate exit yielded fabulous results. There is a secure,... More

Thank you for taking time out of your day to post a review for us. Many of our guests agree that the fenced area is a great place for both them and their pets to stretch their legs and unwind after a long day in the car. It's important to us that all of our guests, two legged and four... More

The staff was very friendly, and my family really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. This hotel will be top of the list when in Albuquerque with pets. Also the hotel is very clean and appears to be relatively new.

Thank you for your review. Our hotel was built in 2004, however, we underwent a renovation about a year ago. I have a phenomenal maintenance and housekeeping team, all of which work hard to keep it looking like new. I will let them know you feel they are doing a fantastic job. I hope you and your pets will stay... More

Good location; great hotel; Have stayed here several times and always have a good visit. Comfortable room. Travelling with a dog works well here. They even furnish poop bags for you (no need to provide yourself).

We stayed at this hotel on a long road trip from Arizona to Virginia. The rooms are very large and they do not charge extra for pets. They have a small work out room and a pool. The beds are not out of this world but overall comfortable. They serve a free continental breakfast in the morning and for something... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am happy to hear that you stay was an enjoyable one. Yes, I must admit that we cannot compete with the Village Inn and their 24-hour breakfast menu! They are a great place to eat and Anthony and his team make it a point to take very good care... More
