We stayed here with me family and overall this is one of the best hotels around. The only negative comment I have is that it would've been nice to have "no fee" high speed internet. They wanted to charge $10.00 per device!

Thank you for your compliments. Our Wifi services authomatically prompt for a $9.95 fee per device per 24 hours, however, the Front Desk staff is trained (and I am constantly reminding them) that complimentary internet promotion codes should be given to any guest in need. Please just call or speak to any guest service representative. Sincerely, Ronny Mann Front Office... More

I read many reviews before deciding to stay here, and I am sure glad I did as they exceed my expectations. We arrived in Albuquerque earlier than anticipated, at 11 am, I was greeted at the front desk by Liz, who was new and a nice lady (manager perhaps?) helping her check me in, they greeted me kindly and said,... Thank you for such a positive and accurate review of the hotel! Though you enjoyed many of our complimentary amenities such as the evening reception, breakfast and pool area. Sounds like we do have some opportunites for improvement. Without this valuable feedback we cannot get any better. Liz is one of our newest Front Desk associates. Thank you for recoginizing... More

As is the case with every Embassy Suites, this stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and courteous and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The food we had was typical conference food but provided enough variety that everyone could find something that favored their pallet.

Thank you for writing. The staff enjoys reading great reviews. It can be a very difficult challeng feed and satising everyone that is part of large conventions. I am glad our culinary team was able to overcome that challenge with your conference. Conference organizers have several options for meals and can customize guest needs as required. We will always make... More

If you have to spend a night(s) in Albuquerque. then Embassy Suites is the very best. Bell Hops, Check-in personnel and wait staff are all top notch. A very pleasant experience. This hotel is extremely well maintained with plenty of parking. Close to I-25 & I-40 with no traffic noise.

Thank you for your compliments. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to inform us of a job well done. Riva and Liz at the Front Desk were very excited to hear that you wrote nice things about them. We are only about a minutes drive from I-25 and I-40 making navigating to any location in Albuquerque very, very easy.... More

This hotel was very nice. The cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast buffet/made to order line is also great. There is a free cocktail hour every night with free beer, wine, and liquor with complimentary snacks which is nice. There is no free shuttle to or from the airport with is a major drawback. Internet is not free to use in... More

Thank you for sharing! If you do not have a method of transportation, it will be difficult to find anything within walking distance. However, a short cab ride will get you to downtown, Nob Hill, Uptown, or the UNM Campus. All locations are great for food and entertainment. For the money you can do better. The hotel can be made a lot better with a little elbow grease. (It was not clean.) A little air freshener would do much as well. The in and out process was satisfactory. The quality of the food was mediocre. The variety of the food was less than ordinary. The quantity of food... More

I travel a lot for business. I have attended several conferences at the Embassy Suites in the past few years and found it to be a very nice Hotel. There was a conference schedule here in early April and as this is winter time in the southwest I booked my room early to get the special rate. I was in... More

Thank you for sharing your comments. The little critters you mentioned in your room were definitely very shocking, however, the hotel has established protocols and requirements when that type of report is made. The room is subject to mandatory inspection and, if necessary, treatment for pests by certified professionals. As far as the check in goes, we explained the situation... More

This is a very nice hotel. Food was great. The entry to the hotel was beautiful and your employees were very helpful. I recommend this to anyone. The price for the federal government was excellent. I think ordinary and retirees should get a special rate.

Thank you for writing. The staff truly enjoys hearing of a job well done. Our Federal Goverment rate is not always available, glad you had the opportunity to book it. Typically, that rate is only available to a limited quantity of guests on limited days....if you see it available do not hesitate to book as it will not be there... More

We traveled through on road trip from Nevada to Louisiana. This was without a doubt the most relaxing stop we had on the ten day route. The business center and conference rooms were on par with a convention center, and the restaurant and overall décor were on par (but better construction quality) with our usual meeting centers in Las Vegas.... The room was great, the service always great...but the Public Health conference attendees spent until well past 11 p.m. at the bar so loud I could hear them in my room over the TV and nothing was done to quite them.

Thank you for writing! It is very disappointing to hear that the noise levels were not controlled by hotel staff. I am sure you reported this to the Manager on Duty as well.
