Friendly and cordial staff. Bellhops which you don't find at all Embassy Suites. Agree with previous reviewer as far as the hotel being isolated. Tried to find someplace close to eat, but was scared to get out of the car. Ended up eating at the overpriced restaurant downstairs. Although the restaurant's waiters and manager were friendly. Best oatmeal raisin cookies... more

I travelled here for a business training trip. I wasn't concerned about cost and got a room at a business rate. The hotel room cost was reasonable; the hotel was new and the room very clean. Housekeeping was not very consistent -- no coffee 1st day, no sugar 2nd day, no shampoo 1st day. Hotel had wireless internet, but I... more

This hotel was great! It was very clean and the staff was amazing. They were very friendly and very helpful. We were there with kids, and it is VERY kid friendly. I think that this is a great hotel and definitely worth every penny that we paid. I would recommend this to anyone. more

I stayed in this hotel for a week after my boss had booked this one. This is a really awesome hotel which has managers special every evening where the drinks, juices and extras are free and you can enjoy the food in the beautiful lounge of the hotel. It gives you a feeling that you are totally unconnected to the... more

Our first Embassy Suites and we were very inpressed. Friendliest hotel staff we have ever encountered. Corner Suite was clean and very comfortable. The complimentary hot breakfast was outstanding and the free drinks at night was a nice end to the day. Location was easy to get to from I-25, and the parking lot was big enough that I didn't... more

I stayed here with my two sons (8 and 11) while they had doctor's appointments at the nearby hospitals. This Embassy Suites couldn't have been nicer! From the discount because we were there for hospital visits to the fast check-in/out and everything in between, it was great. They gave us a corner suite so we could have more room for... more

Awesome hotel in all ways!!! The suites were big and the free cooked to order breakfast was delicious. So much food. The dining area was spacious and very pretty with a little waterfall. Front desk was very accommodating and help us change a room that didn't have a view to a better one. They were very good at recommending restaurants.... more

My husband and I were in Albuquerque May 16 and 17, and would stay at this hotel again without question. We found every staff person (from the front desk, to the conceirge, to a maintenance person sharing an elevator with us, to the cleaning staff, to the lady who prepares the made-to-order breakfasts) not only pleasant, but striving to go... more
