I stayed at the Embassy Suites in ABQ on a business trip and found it to be clean, quiet and a pleasant stay. The hotel has the standard Embassy Suites amenities and a coffee shop. This place is right off of I25 and next to downtown. I would stay here again. More

This hotel was everything you'd expect out of the Embassy Suites--the rooms were very nice, the service was very good, the food (both at the bar and catered at my convention) was good. Overall, I felt like this was a hotel that took things seriously and checked the boxes for business travel. Unfortunately, it was a little far away from... More

Super experience in every way. The staff, rooms, facilities, work out area and breakfast areas were all top notch. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were just passing through. More

Driving home to Arizona from Colorado, we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Albuquerque. We had stayed there once before. It is a beautiful hotel with an Atrium in the middle. The room was well equiped with 2 TV's, internet, microwave, refrig and 2 closets. The beds were very comfortable. The outside view of Albuquerque was beautiful at night. We... More

Room was not serviced for the second year in a row. Same thing happened last year. Hotel claimed last year that we had our privacy sign on the door (not true and, if it was true then why did they come in the room to leave bottled water and a notice about brekfast service time?!). This year, they could not... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Albuquerque while attending the New Mexico Bowl. The service we received at check-in and check-out was great (thank you, Anthony, since we had the pleasure of dealing with you both times). One nice feature of the swimming pool - it is in the shape of an "L" allowing my kids to play in... More

I stayed here two nights on business in December, 2010 and left the hotel generally impressed with its quality. The hotel has a large and beautiful atrium. This makes for a great first impression. I also sat at some of the tables in the atrium to get some work done -- always nice to be able to find a public... More

Stayed here one night after flying into Albuquerque on the late side. Was just in time to catch the manager's reception...that complimentary margarita was just what the doctor ordered! The staff is very friendly and the room was a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. Had a light bite to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was quite good and... More

I stayed here for 5 nights - 3 on business, and an additional 2 on my own time. Pros: Front desk staff was very friendly and professional, as well as most of the other staff members. At check-in, they confirmed the billing split (3 days paid by work, 2 paid by me.) I appreciated them double checking that. The breakfast... More

Thank you for your honest opinion. We apologize for the internet problems as we are in the process of upgrading our services. We also would like to apologize for the fire alarm walk through as this is not a normal procedure. I hope you choose our hotel again in the future and we look forward to seeing you. Embassy Suites... My friends and I stay in this hotel every year when we are in the area for a meeting. It is convenient to the airport and the rest of the city. Always comfortable and clean suites. Health club and pool are great. We especially like the breakfast and happy hour. Staff are very helpful. We'll keep coming! More
