Had I known before what I know now about the place, I would have stayed elsewhere. Perhaps the worst aspect about the place is the noise. So much noise. Most of it probably coming from your next door neighbor. Thin walls & and a side door are all that rest between you & the next resident. You can literally hear... More

We stayed there for a month with a production company and we can not express how much we loved one particular staff member Haley. She always went out of her way to help us with anything and was great for questions and concerns we had!! Even when there was a problem, she made sure do do everything she could to... More

This may be the most wonderful and aggravating hotel I have ever been to. I'll begin with the bad. My wife and I arrived in Albuquerque for Balloon Fiesta right before it began. We were picked up via hotel shuttle (good) and checked in promptly. Our room was interestingly decorated... It was as though retro green was a good thing... More

When we planned our wedding at Casa Rondena Winery in Albuquerque, we NEVER gave a thought about Balloon Fiesta. What a nightmare it was booking rooms for guest flying and driving n from all across the United States and Canada. I finally resorted to working with Expedia who put me in contact with the manager of University Village Hotel in... More

We were able to host a church convention in July of 2014 and could not have been happier with the experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly - I can't say enough about the attention they showed to our people and especially the kids. Our folks have a LOT of kids. And working with the manager in setting up and organizing... More

My name is Carl Garcia and I had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel for 1 month. The front office staff service was great. All the ladies I interacted with were friendly knowledgeable and truly cared about their job. They helped make this one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The rest of the hotel was nice... First of all it is exactly like the pictures. There is not a stove or oven. I stayed there for 3 1/2 weeks while my son was in the hospital. It was well appointed and reasonably priced for a long term stay. The staff was great and friendly. It is basically a hotel room that has been updated and the... More

This hotel is awful. The pictures on their website are lies. The rooms are cramped and beds are extremely hard. If you have children, watch when they're changing the channels, there are absolutely NO child blocks on anything, allowing them to end up on HBO Late Night (XXX stuff). The hotel does NOT accept AMEX and there are no warnings... More

I stayed at this hotel while attending a Graduation held in the event center at the hotel, which I might ad is a very beautiful event center. I was a little apprehensive when I received an invitation with the hotel name and option to reserve a room, since I am very picky about hotels, and I never heard of this... More
