My name is Carl Garcia and I had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel for 1 month. The front office staff service was great. All the ladies I interacted with were friendly knowledgeable and truly cared about their job. They helped make this one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The rest of the hotel was nice... More

First of all it is exactly like the pictures. There is not a stove or oven. I stayed there for 3 1/2 weeks while my son was in the hospital. It was well appointed and reasonably priced for a long term stay. The staff was great and friendly. It is basically a hotel room that has been updated and the... More

This hotel is awful. The pictures on their website are lies. The rooms are cramped and beds are extremely hard. If you have children, watch when they're changing the channels, there are absolutely NO child blocks on anything, allowing them to end up on HBO Late Night (XXX stuff). The hotel does NOT accept AMEX and there are no warnings... More

I stayed at this hotel while attending a Graduation held in the event center at the hotel, which I might ad is a very beautiful event center. I was a little apprehensive when I received an invitation with the hotel name and option to reserve a room, since I am very picky about hotels, and I never heard of this... More

I travel ALL the time. I travel the state and come in contact with many hotels and motels. This place is amazing! The outdoor pool and spa are beautiful and in a relaxing setting. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming. It is easy to recognize that all the staff, from the grounds man to the receptionist, to the manager, truly enjoy... More

I am somewhat satisfied with their customer service. When I barely got there the cleaning lady said she was too tired to clean my room since she wanted to go home (no kidding) then she asked me if I didn't mind staying in a hotel room for that night ; I accepted assuming it was an hotel courtesy since their... My husband and I stayed here on vacations a week ago. We were satisfied for the price, however, I feel I should mention the good points about this hotel, and the areas of improvement as well. On the positive side:The location of the hotel was wonderful, easy access to most major tourist points in Albuquerque. The rooms were quiet, they... More

We booked the hotel for my daughter and her future husband to get ready at with the whole wedding party. The rooms were very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. My daughter and son in law ended up staying several extra nights because the staff and hotel were so wonderful!

A colleague and I booked this hotel for a conference we were attending while in Albuquerque, NM. The website made the hotel seem very nice, but it was quite the contrary. The hotel website states that they have a full kitchen, pool and hot tub, and continental breakfast. The first day we arrived, our reservation was not fulfilled. We had... More
