WARNING- do not stay if you want to get a good night's sleep. Slamming doors and loud noises all night long. After 5 calls to the front desk from 11pm-3am they said they would look into it each time and never did a thing. What a joke. They leave a letter in each room from the property gm asking you... more

Compared with the hotel rates Taos, $133.00 per night for what we received at the HGI-ABQ seemed like a bargain. Our room was well appointed and quiet (well we didn't hear anything but the a/c fan). Beds were comfortable, but a little on the soft side. Internet access and local calls were at no additional charge. Since we're HH-gold members,... more

I stayed here because of a great rate on line and also because I am a Hilton Diamond Member so am loyal to Hilton Family of Hotels. When I arrived at the hotel I was pleased with how close it was to the airport (less than 5 minutes) but quickly disappointed with the lack of parking. Because I arrived late... more

Recently returned from a trip to New Mexico. This Hilton Garden is located very near to the airport and the highway. The location was not scenic but certainly convenient. This appeared to be more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. The room was the usual and had a king bed (comfortable), microwave, minifridge, tv armoire, desk, and chair.... more

We stayed here on business. And we were tired. But it was almost impossible to fall asleep. The heating/cooling unit in the room was NOISY. I tried turning it off, but then the room became like a tomb. My colleague was in another room and had a similar problem. Except in her case the issue was a relentless noisy fan... more

I've stayed in dozens of HGI's, and this hotel was like them all: friendly service, good business services/internet, and excellent rooms. What impressed me of this particular property was the dinner I had. I ordered room service and had an excellent meal! I was really surprised with how delightfully tasting it was. (Ordered a steak with green chili). Also, I... more

My husband and I live in Santa Fe but needed to be at the airport for a very early flight. I really research hotels and am very picky. We have rentals of our own and know what people like. I read all reviews before I book a place. We were both very pleased. The location couldn't be better, it's new... more

Stayed one night for a business trip. Had a King room. The room was roomy and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great also; close to the airport and close to the freeway. I especially enjoyed the freshed cookies that were served in the afternoon at the lobby. About the only thing I did not like was the... more

My wife and just spent a night at the HGI before we headed to norhtern NM. The place was clean and the service was above average. They greeted us an upgraded us to a jacuzzi room. The hotel is very convenient to the Airport , UNM and the city of Albuquerque. We would gladly come back to this hotel both... more

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms and bath were clean and the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming...even called to make dinner reservations for me! There is a small cafe where the serve breakfast in the morning (not included in the room price) and even a small bar. The location was convenient to the airport and... more
