We don't frequent KOAs but based on other reviews decided to give this one a try. On a good note, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall appearance is decent with pea size gravel at the sites and very green, albeit fake grass. Utilities worked fine and WII FI was okay. There are several hotspots and if you... More

I stayed at the Koa on a trip to California. This is a easy campground right on 25. Just north if i40. They had large pull through sites and everything was very well maintained. The views are great of the surrounding mountains. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night. But hope to go back again... More

First, let me qualify that this is the first time my family and I have ever camped at a KOA or other private campgrounds, as we typically camp at federal, state, or county parks. However, we made last minute plans to attend the final weekend of the International Balloon Fiesta and this KOA campground was conveniently located very close to... More

We stayed here October 2014 while attending the Balloon Festival. This is a really busy time for the city and the park was full every day. When we pulled in they were ready and organized. They were waiting on us outside and had us listed as checking in. Showed us right to our space and said to come to the... More

Very clean , staff was very polite and very helpful. Even the people staying here were very nice and polite. Very nice cabins here. The ballon fiesta was just to the south. Highly recommend and I will stay again when I come this way.

We stopped here going cross country. Rv sites are jammed together. Roads need repair. Service was good on check in . Price way tooo high they told me it was because balloon event in town it was. 60 dollars for elec/water site. Rickety wood table with no grill or fire pit. Bathrooms clean pretty typical

This is probably one of the best KOAs we have stayed at. They have great places to let the dogs run loose. Everything is in excellent shape. We were escorted to our site and all the staff was super friendly. The view of the mountains is also amazing. Very clean!

Enjoyed a two night stay at this koa on a cross country trip in a motorhome. We had a full hook up site. Sites nice and level and most have shade and little fake grass (which the dogs enjoyed sitting on after all the dirt we have been on). Three nice dog parks, great pool with shade and very clean... My husband and I are driving all the way across the U.S. headed to the West Coast. This stop was for a 1-night stay in a Kamp Kabin, a 1-room log cabin with a double bed and a set of bunk beds - basically, a place to sleep, period. At under $40 (with our KOA membership card), we were just... More

Somewhat difficult to find with no signs showing the way from the highway. Once we found it, the place was nice compared to similar KOAs. The cabins are a bit different than other KOAs we've stayed out. They're painted differently on the exterior and have small TVs with cable in them! Nice touch that made it feel like a small... More
