Pulled in to find our reservation was actually for Albuquerque south. Not certain why as I'm certain I had reserved Albuquerque north on my app. Anyway, Rachael called Koa south and cancelled for me without a cancellation fee. Hmm. This happens all the time she said. Customer service was excellent. Campground was quiet but kind of cramped. Seemed quite a... More

Awesome camping cabin, clean comfortable and warm in mid December. Bathroom/shower was really clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were just passing through but would be fine with staying multiple nights and using the campground as a base to explore Albuquerque.

Needed propane fill so I went here for refill. Guy had NO clue what he was doing. First he didnt know how to tighten his adapter and sprayed huge amount of propane directly in my window. It took a day to get rid of smell. Then he extremely overfilled my tank passed the warning red area on my gauge and... More

Easy access to I-25, yet removed from the noise. Great interior roads and sites. Staff quite friendly and accommodating. WiFi problems during our visit but otherwise very nice park. North of Albuquerque but close enough for quick visits.

Checked in for a two night stay on Saturday. Got a pull through site, set up our motor home and the we lost power. It was 100 degrees out. They said they just needed to reset a breaker. An hour later they tell us we need to move. New site not a pull through. I went to the office to... More

We have stayed here twice in the past few years, and we love it! The staff is friendly, and the facilities are well kept and clean. The kids love the playground and the pool! And my husband was a fan of the "Brewery" that was just a short walk away! The cabin we stayed in was comfortable, and great for... More

I have not had the best of luck with KOA lately. This one was very nice and the staff was great! Had fun swimming and they had a movie for the kids. The next morning they had a cafe with breakfast that was nice. Showers and restrooms clean. We stayed in a 40' RV I would stay again.

Bernalillo KOA website advertises that there is a train within walking distance that will take you to Albuquerque or Santa Fe. This is their ad, QUOTE "Just half a mile down our street is the local train station. This two story train will take you downtown Albuquerque where you can visit the "old town" area, museums, zoo, botanical garden, aquarium... More

We stayed here for four nights while traveling, and had no issues at all. The staff was friendly, ALWAYS seen cleaning up around the grounds, always smiling and helpful. We're very happy to have stayed here, and will be back.
