This was 1/23-24.16 I chose this site to be close to UNM Medical Center and restaurants on Menaul. We have extensive respiratory problems. I had to delay the start of our trip by one day from illness. The room renovation to modern is well done and in accordance with the pictures on their website. I have stayed in an earlier... More

Completely exhausted, we thought it would be ok since it was a national chain. Wrong! There was a cigarette burn in the bed spread of our non smoking room. And after I left I looked like a leper from the bed bugs! I am sure this is what it was, because they itched worse than chigger bites and they were... More

Driving cross country with mom and got in late. Place looks ok guy behind counter was reasonably nice for 1am. It all when down hill when I got to the room. Room smells, tons of long black hair on towels (think they got rolled up and put back on rack without being washed. There are stains on bed, and spit... More

Not sure why the bad reviews, but I found the staff friendly, and the room I had (ADA room with the big shower!) adequate. Yes, there was a lot of noise from the washer and dryer and hallway conversation. But I was there for a conference so it was not a big issue. I did not have to review work... More

Our reservation was accidentally canceled through Travelocity for a 5 star hotel that we had booked 2 months in advance. We needed a place to stay since Travelocity was only going to credit us $50 bucks! So, we landed at this hotel.. Our 1st room wasn't even done, all the sheets were on the floor & used towels.. The maid... More

Best motel 6 I've been to. ( they seem to be hit or miss) These places are usually hit or miss but everything seemed to be remodeled and looking good. I slept well. The only thing that happened that was a problem was my key quit working but the front desk handled it quickly and they were nice.

Booked a stay for 2 nights at this location, it looked sketchy with all the other guests that were staying there and the amount of obvious druggies that were in and out. Checked in went to sleep and woke up to finding our car was broken into within 4 hours, stole some stuff including a cooler of beer. The break... More

I'm not a picky person and have stayed from 5 star hotels to hourly rate rooms in Mexico so I know what to expect at various price points. For $40 all I expect from a national chain is a clean room. NOT the case here, staff was friendly but the bed spread had multiple stains, holes, burns. The sheets had... More

If all you need is a bed, a restroom, and a safe place to park the car, this hotel should work fine. It was too late when we got to Albuquerque to keep going, so we basically went to the first hotel we could find. We asked for a quiet room, and they did find one for us. Two of... More
