We had stayed here about a year ago, it was decent. We just stayed here and their is new management within the last couple months. John and Linda are amazing! I would definitely stay here every time I am in Albuquerque. They are totally updating this park!

Visiting Albuquerque's Balloon Fiesta, 2013. Spent the night with friends camping here. We were a little bit skeptical about staying in this area of Albuquerque. We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful, quite (especially considering the park borders I-40), and well kept park!

This place is big and it looks like many people live here long term. The staff was friendly and helpful. Showers clean and bigger than most other KOA's we have tried. Overnight prices about average. Not a picturesque campground, more of a overnight stay and back on the road. They did have a laundry.

With all of the beautiful surroundings around ABQ, it sure is hard to find a place to camp with an RV. This KOA, right off I-40, is decent. They have a nice swinging bench at each site. It's a desert, so trees are sparse. Friendly staff, nice pool. It was fine for a stay over or if you need want... More

We recently stay at this Koa. I wish we would have drove a little farther. We have dogs and even though this KOA had Three Dog Parks it had no grass at all. Just sand! Our dogs didn't like it to well. The Koa Is very Large with limited Bathroom facilities. The Koa is Right Next to I 40 in... More

My family really enjoyed this campground. Some of the other things that I have read about it on Tripadvisor are not true. It is NOT merely fifty feet from the interstate. (I would guess 1/2 mile.) Personally I didn't hear any noise from the freeway. It is NOT in a ghetto in Albuquerque. (It is in the city. There are... More

Spent two nights at this KOA. It was very nice and clean. Everyone there was very friendly. The pool and hot tubs were great. We only used the family restrooms as they were closest to our site. They were very well kept. The dryers in the laundry room actually dried. Only negatives were that our tent site was mostly gravel... More

At $60/day, KOA small cabins are overpriced. Small with a tv, refrig, and AC, they include a double bed and bunkbed that entirely fill the room. The foam mattress was clean, but sticky. The campground has a great pool and spa room, but bathrooms weren't always clean and had clogged plumbing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Grounds were immaculate.

My family and I we really low on money and want to stop and relax and take showers, so we stop here and rented a tent spot with no tent, and the 5 of us were in the car. So the Manager comes up and offers us a cabin to get some rest. How above and behond is that. Its... More

We stayed here passing by which was very clean, they had a nice play area for our two small dogs, but needed to fix some of the areas by the gates, small dogs could crawl under, I was afraid to let them loose, from there leashes, afraid they might crawl under the gates, but was a really nice area. People... More
