We were very satisfied with our stay at the Country Inn & Suites Albuquerque Airport. We got a great deal on the room by booking online. It was conveniently located to the airport and major interstates, which was good for us because we had a very early flight and didn't want to take all day getting to the airport. The... More

I would not recommend this hotel as it is not up to the standards that I have found at other Country Inn and Suites properties. Rooms and bathrooms are in need of updates. Staff is in need of training as to what is appropriate for hotel management.

Decided to stop here on the way to California. Glad we did. Price was very reasonable for a the clean, modern hotel. Beds were comfortable, and the room was nice on the eyes and comfy. Night Staff was very nice and gave us suggestions on evening activities and places to eat. Morning staff was not too friendly. If in the... More

The hotel lobby and breakfast area is great, but it goes down hill from there. As soon as you walk into the elevator, you get the feeling of..Oh Crap..What have I gotten myself into. The maintenance guy who fixed the AC left his tools, so I completed the task for him. The carpet on the floor should be replace in... More

I stayed at this hotel several times this year because it was a convenient location to where I needed to do my business. DESPITE. .. Dirty rooms! Plumbing is always plugged. Standing in my shower water. Toilets constantly running. Rude staff who makes you feel like your inconveniencing them! Gross breakfast. Lazy housekeepers who don't change sheets. I STAYED UNTIL...... My name is Sang Chae, and I am the hotel owner. At our hotel, customer is king and is always right. Thus, even when there is an online review that may be unjust or unfair, we usually apologize and move on. It's difficult to win an argument with a customer, especially online. In Mrs. Carr’s case, I have decided not... More

The hotel staff and environment was delightful. Took my family with me, and we were treated well. The beds were comfortable. If you like soft beds. Breakfast was simple but enough choices to choose from. Coffee from the lobby and breakfast bar were delicious, especially the chocolate cookies too. I usually have only one cup of coffee, but the coffee... More

The hotel was outdated and many of the facilities did not work properly. I had to switch rooms two times before I could get one with a flat screen TV that had good picture. Apparently all the other ones were the bulkier box TVs with terrible picture. Made me feel as if I was in a time machine. However, the... More

Toilet was broken, we checked in late in the evening. I was alone with my kids, took them up to the 3rd floor. and the toilet was not functioning. and the temp in the room was super hot!!! we turned on the A/C and the temp did not start coming down until we were checking out of the room.

This hotel is in a good location off I25 near the University and Airport although it is situated in an old possibly "transitioning" neighborhood. We stayed one night as a stopover headed to Texas. Got a really good AAA rate. The hotel is exactly what we expected. It is reasonably clean and comfortable. The rooms were in good condition and... More

I have been staying at this particular Country Inn and Suites for several years and the place has improved in cleanliness of their rooms. Staff continue to need training in making customers feel welcomed and no request is unreasonable or unattainable.
