I read the reviews on a few sites including this one, and I was a bit hesistant. All I have to say is...WTF is so bad here? My room was clean, the freeway noise was non-existent, the staff was friendly, the pool area was not bad at all. The shuttles were available most of the time, two at a time.... more

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a good room on the ground floor with no obvious noise from the freeway. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. All in all a very nice stay. more

I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one that I will not be going back to. When I checked in they give you drink and breakfast coupons...cool. When I went to the bar to get just a coke to take to the room the bar was about 1/10th full and I could not get waited on. Bartender... more

Although the staff was friendly and the hot breakfast was great, the rooms were nothing like what was shown on the website. The hallways were also very dirty and smelled. We went to baseball tournaments in July after we checked -in they tell us that the elevator on that section was not working we went to the other elevator it was far from our room,we get to the room we had a very noisy air conditioner requested another room they gave us one on the bottom floor No Air Conditioner... more

I stayed in this hotel w/ my daughter and a friend and it was just horrible. The shower curtain was filthy (looked like blood stains on it) and had no liner. Sheets were questionable and the air conditioner, although in working condition, was quite loud and cycled off and on throughout the night. Toilet was dirty and didn't flush well.... more
