I first noticed the large granite reproduction of the ten commandments in front of the lobby door. The eleventh commandment should have read "thou shalt provide hot water and clean carpets" The public area and room carpets were filthy. The only positive note was Matt, the shuttle driver, who was a wealth of local information. I would avoid this property... More

One of the worst service hotels I have stayed. In the restaurant for lunch I was eating when I could here two young ladies who are the wait staff talking very negative about guests. One comment that stuck out was they where talking about an elderly lady , I can't even repeat the comments cause it made me sick. I... More

We got stuck in ABQ Saturday night, August 9, 2014, and had to stay one night. We chose this hotel from the local hotel board in the airport and used the courtesy phone to book room. It looked nice from photos projected on the screen at the airport and said it had a free shuttle, hot breakfast, and was a... More

Stated 4 nights Every thing was nice, you need New Mattresses.Very uncomfortable. The bath room floor and walls were dirty! It looks like the whole bath room need to be upgraded. maybe it would be nice to chage the breakfast menu.

This is probably one of the best hotel deals I've experienced in a long time. For under a hun total, you get a real buffet breakfast with omelet bar in a real dining room. The food is far superior to the marginal savory offerings at other well-known "free breakfast" hotels. There are also two complimentary drinks per person during a... More

We were In town for a 45 mile trail race and this hotel was the race headquarters. It was so convenient to the highways and restaurants so was an excellent choice. Besides the 70 or so race attendees staying here they were also having a bikers gathering at the hotel. With 200 or so of them drinking and partying, it... More

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good selection. The only thing is that on weeknights breakfast ends at 9 am.. Quiet, and comfortable for not a lot of money. The rooms were large, and there was plenty of space. The room was also clean. I let the manager know about a drain that didnt work well, but by the... More

First, two pluses at this hotel: great, helpful staff and a very comfortable bed. That said 1) the decor of the hotel itself was old and somewhat threadbare, 2) my bathroom could have been cleaner, 3) insulation between the rooms was poor (I had to move due to a party next door), and the hotel restaurant was fair at best.

Stayed here one night with family and our new dog. First and foremost this an older hotel and it shows. Hallways and rooms are darker, but the hotel itself is pretty clean. Overall this is an inexpensive hotel if you are traveling with your dog. The dog fee is currently $25 per stay (not per night) and there is no... More
