This month we spent the first two nights of a trip to New Mexico at Los Poblanos--I really, really didn't want to leave. Every inch of this farm/resort is beautiful: the fields of lavender, the other crops, the farm buildings, the incredible slightly overgrown but gorgeous and varied gardens (especially the Greeley Garden), the profusion of trees, plants, and flowers... We stopped by here while riding down the Rio Grande on bikes. Great little stop to get some gifts and hydrate. View was lovely, but the best thing was the lavender blueberry gelato. Mind blowing!!! I want that in my freezer every single night.

We stayed in the Simms Suite. It was perfectly appointed. Even though it was near the drop off area, it was amazingly quiet. It was super hot out during our visit so we enjoyed the pool and great air conditioning! We loved the preservation of history with so many special touches. The grounds were beautiful and we did some shopping... More

We stayed in the Simm's suite for 2 nights in June for my birthday. It just could NOT have been any better! The Simm's suite was very large with lots of historic character. The place smelled so good with the lavender and the beautiful gardens everywhere! I loved that they put organic coffee in the room and even some of... More

My family and friends stayed here last month for our wedding. If you look at the tripadvisor ratings for the place, there are 373 reviews. 334 have the highest rating and only 13 reviews were average or below. You rarely see that on trip advisor so expectations for this place were very high. Despite those lofty expectations, the property and... More

My husband and I returned recently to Albuquerque and stayed for a second time at Los Poblanos. It was just as wonderful this time. We feel completely relaxed and restored when we are there. The setting is very beautiful and peaceful and the inn is lovely. The service is outstanding. The breakfast, which is included in the rate, is exquisite.... More

Our first visit there so we did not know what to expect. Peggy greeted us upon arrival. She gave a a detailed mini tour and then makes certain we had reservations for dinner. Made us feel we were the only guests they had. Dinner was on the outside patio. Jessa our server made the wonderful choice for us - the... More

We went during the Lavender Dinner weekend and enjoyed the Chef's creation using Lavender. The 3 course meal was absolutely delightful and the presentation was wonderful. A member of our group ordered off the menu, the food was one of the best. The wait staff was outstanding, with their recommendations to the service, a special treat for our group

We have stayed here several times over the past 10+ years and it never disappoints. This time we were in one of the Greely suites with an extra person and it worked out great. They made up the couch bed each evening and the bathroom (though accessed only through the bedroom) was spacious and always had enough towels for us.... More

Thank you Los Poblanos for making my daughter’s wedding such a memorable event! Ann-Therese did a phenomenal job throughout the entire event and although the weather did not cooperate for an outdoor wedding, the ceremony went off without any problems and was just as grand in the Gilpin Gallery. From the beautiful, lush grounds to the historic and grand La... More
