We travel a lot as a family with our dog. We use Red Roof most places we go because of Barney (our dog). This is the first time we have not been comfortable staying in a hotel. Room was dirty, mystery stains on the carpet (blood, drink) not sure. Hole in the comforter. Peeling paint in the bath room. Slow... More

Terrible rooms, terrible stay. No hot water, crappy tv. Next morning as I was packing n getting kids ready, i reached for tissue box and hear rattling looked inside and there was syringes in there. As we were leaving, smelled the distinct order of marijuana in the hallway. Want to get out of there ASAP. Never going to stay again... More

I hate complaining, but this location was the worst I ever stayed. No trash can, phone not functional, noisy floors, paint not finished on walls. Side entrance door was not functioning properly. Sign should be place not to use door if they don't want to hear guest struggle trying to push it open!

I don't usually write bad reviews and have had great success staying at Red Roof Inn's around the country. Had I had more time i would have looked for an alternate place to stay. Yes, I did get a credit because of the issues i had but still disappointed. =ray=

I wasn't sure to begin with but the lobby looked ok through bleary travelers eyes so we got a room and went to check it out. The first clue was the horrible lighting in the parking lot but we forged on I'm very pregnant and we had been driving for hours. No first floor room........ok not their fault, No elevator........not... More

Received excellent customer service thanks to the staff of Letisha, Cerena and Erica. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out we were provided the best service during our stay. Any concerns were immediately addressed with a smile. Our room was kept tidy by an excellent housekeeping staff. The next time I am in Albuquerque, I... More

I regularly stay in Red Roof Inns and so I know what to expect. Sadly this place is being run into the ground and no one cares. We were going to stay for the week and left after two days. The Pros: Cheap, good location and the Front Office Manager Erica was helpful getting a taxi for us. The Cons:... More

We booked a room at the Red Roof Inn in Albuquerque for the 2014 Balloon Fiesta. The location is ideal as it sits near the intersection of I-40 and I-25. Getting to the property was easy. I had stayed at a RRI in Chicago, IL and was impressed. Our first clue should have been the signage. "Red" was burned out......a... More
