I don't usually write bad reviews and have had great success staying at Red Roof Inn's around the country. Had I had more time i would have looked for an alternate place to stay. Yes, I did get a credit because of the issues i had but still disappointed. =ray=

I wasn't sure to begin with but the lobby looked ok through bleary travelers eyes so we got a room and went to check it out. The first clue was the horrible lighting in the parking lot but we forged on I'm very pregnant and we had been driving for hours. No first floor room........ok not their fault, No elevator........not... More

Received excellent customer service thanks to the staff of Letisha, Cerena and Erica. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out we were provided the best service during our stay. Any concerns were immediately addressed with a smile. Our room was kept tidy by an excellent housekeeping staff. The next time I am in Albuquerque, I... More

I regularly stay in Red Roof Inns and so I know what to expect. Sadly this place is being run into the ground and no one cares. We were going to stay for the week and left after two days. The Pros: Cheap, good location and the Front Office Manager Erica was helpful getting a taxi for us. The Cons:... More

We booked a room at the Red Roof Inn in Albuquerque for the 2014 Balloon Fiesta. The location is ideal as it sits near the intersection of I-40 and I-25. Getting to the property was easy. I had stayed at a RRI in Chicago, IL and was impressed. Our first clue should have been the signage. "Red" was burned out......a... More

This had to be my worst hotel experience in years. We made our reservations months of ago for what we hoped to be a relaxing trip to the balloon festival. Rooms looked nice and comfortable-wrong - the hotel was under renovation, not told to the consumer. I could even tell when we checked in. Next, I fell off the toilet... More

Our room was a dump. It was in need of a paint job, wall patch work that was attempted looked like it was incomplete or done by a novice. The carpet was stained, we didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. The AC unit was noisy, it sounded like a spaceship with a loose muffler was about to come crashing through the... More

I was unaware of the Balloon Fiesta happening this weekend, which limited my options of places to stay at such a late hour because of my plane arrival. However I knew what I was getting myself into with a room that was so inexpensive on a busy weekend. What I didn't count on was the number of bug bites I... More

valued Guest, I'm so sorry to hear that you had such an unpleasant stay. The room you stayed in was put out of order. The room was also looked at and we didn't find any bugs. If there's anything we can do to help you please contact the hotel. Again please accept my sincerest apologies. More

I arrived ABQ via Flagstaff by train. It took me over 6 hours to check into this dump. Not impressed at the way all of my redirewards points were stolen and it was interesting when the assistant gm arrived to still see me not checked in at 10pm. I already handed my credit card number out so I had to... More

Valued guest , I'm sorry to hear that you were waiting that long to check in. I do remember directing you to the Red Roof redicard program line. The night you stayed was free from your points. I apologize that you felt uncomfortable with other paying guest in the Jacuzzi. I do hope you will give us the opportunity to... More
