I travel to the area about five or six times per year and always stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean, New, and comfortable and the staff is always friendly and welcoming I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It also has a great location centrally located and across the street from a travel center with great gas... More

Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff is very professional. Easy access to I-40 and close to Old Town. There is a McDonalds and Starbucks across the parking lots. I always like the rates and the included breakfast is always a treat

This hotel was recommended because of its location (near, but not in Old Town) and easy access to I-40. Also has a brand new Starbucks next door. This is a pretty new property so everything works. Room was typical HIE, which means comfortable and clean. Spent $7 to upgrade to mountain view. Probably not worth it, but it got me... More

I asked upon check-in (12/18/15) if the hotel had any security in the parking lot and was told they did. After I had checked out of the hotel around 10:30am the next morning, I found that a window of my car had been shattered and some items stolen from my vehicle. When I returned to the front desk to tell... More

This was my fourth straight HIE on a five day journey from GA to AZ and is one of the reasons I continue to choose HIE. The staff was friendly, and helpful in recommending restaurants and sights to see in the area.

This hotel is very beautiful, the rooms were spacious and.the breakfast was delicious. There breakfast consisted of vouchers for the restraunt that is attached to the building itself. The breakfast there was very good. There pool is absolutely gorgoeus too, it's in a seperately building from the hotel itself but it is beautifully lit and super cozy. I'd recommend stopping... Convenient as its just off the 40. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. However, rooms are not very well insulted so you can hear quite a bit of noise above and to the side of each room. However, for a simply cheap nights stay on the road, this place is fine.

While close enough to I-40 to produce a modest roar our room was surprisingly quiet. A good sized well lit parking lot gives a bit of a walk to the front door if you get in later. There is no ramp to wheel your luggage up onto the sidewalk (perhaps a local fire code??) so you have lift your wheeled... More

We were visiting Albuquerque and wanted a hotel near Old Town. While it's not exactly in Old Town, it was close enough. This is a great hotel for visiting Albuquerque. The rooms are nicely appointed and there are many options for breakfast. Would stay here again. No problems of any kind.
