Very good facilities. Only one small complaint. The morning complimentary breakfast was rather cold. The biscuits and gravy I got could not eat because the gravy was cold. Also the eggs were rather cool. They should probably think of setting the warm/hot food on some type of heating.

As an IHG member who has stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels for many years now, this would rank for me as one of the better hotels of this chain where I have been a guest. The hotel is quite large and is close to I-40 and easy to find. It is a short drive away from Old Town even... More

Yes, it's not that close to Old Town. But the folks at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, even on a night (2/14/15) when the place was practically full. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to be in Albuquerque for a couple of days and nights without a car, so chose this hotel figuring I'd be able to walk to Old Town, restaurants, etc. This establishment, despite its name, is not close to Old Town and has virtually no restaurants within walking distance (I walked over a mile to a restaurant the first... The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful! I left 2 rings there and didn't realize it until I had left town. I didn't have much hope of getting them back when I called the hotel, but they promised to look for me and call me back as soon as they reached out to housekeeping. Well, great news... More

We recently stayed at the hotel traveling home from Arizona to Illinois. The staff was amazing! Alena helped when we checked in, and was friendly, courteous, and smiling. The room was comfortable, and neat. I would definitely stay again.

Outstanding! The facility is as good as any 4 star hotel and the staff is as great as they come. Friendly, fast and very engaging. Also provides excellent recommendations on area eats and sites. I have not experienced this level of service in a long long time and was such a welcome change.

Holiday Inn hotels seldom disappoint. We got a good sized room with microwave and refrigerator in the room. It is not the most modern hotelroom I've stayed in, but it was nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and can be a handy guide in the city if you wonder what possibilities Albuquerque can offer. The breakfast was nice,... More

Stayed here twice during the holidays, to and from another destination. Rooms had all we needed and surprisingly quiet considering it is very near the hiway. just minutes from Old town, Coors Rd, and freeway access, we liked that a lot. even a pharmacy and McDonalds across the street. right across from the Native American cultural center too, a bonus.... We stayed here for a night on our way back from Las Vegas to Texas and as with all Holiday Inns we've stayed in before, this didn't disappoint. We arrived and checked in right away. The first room got turned out to be halfway made. Only one of the beds was done and the other wasn't. My husband went downstairs... More
