We had a very good experience staying at the Sandia Peak Inn motel. We meant to stay only 2 days and ended up staying a week. Linda was most gracious and friendly to us. She is a hard worker and looked after every detail of our visit. That certainly is a 24/7 job. Without her it would not have been... More

Based on other reviews we chose Sandia Peak Inn. We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. And the bed was super comfortable. We joined other travelers for breakfast in almost a B&B atmosphere. Clearly other guests had a similar positive experience and no one was in a hurry to leave. This motel is a great value... More

Booked a room for 4 through booking.com for $69.99. When we arrived, they had a sheet of paper laying on the check in counter with my name and information on it. We arrived around 10:00 p.m. which is the time we indicated we would arrive, but they acted like they didn't have a room for us. However, if we upgraded... More

I had been scoping this motel on TripAdvisor for the last few weeks before our trip. I was amazed that it was rated #2 and such a great price. We booked directly by phone on the day we were arriving. It is really a charming place that has been built with a particular vision in mind. There are so many... More

I recently stayed for six days with my elderly mother, in a room with two queen beds. The owner, Kay, is warm and friendly, and made my mother feel right at home. The room and the grounds are sparkling clean. The continental breakfast, included in the room price, offers fresh fruit, cold and hot cereals, warm boiled eggs, small pastries,... More

Stayed here for 2 nights last summer for a wedding in town. Room layout and decor looked like your average motel room. Towels were dirty. Bent down to pick up something off the floor and discovered a hoarde of ants crawling around the dark colored carpet. Went to the front desk to complain and the owner had every excuse in... More

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. Everyone we came in contact with was so very sweet and the owner Kay was the nicest lady and she did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. The rates were amazing and if we ever go back to Albuquerque we will definitely be staying here... More

We stopped here on our way from AZ to CO and it was a perfect place for an overnight stay. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. The best part however is Kay who welcomes you with a bright smile no matter what time of day it is. Also has a simple breakfast including fresh fruit and boiled eggs.... More

Exceptional place for the price! The owner Kay keeps the place beautifully maintained and it's nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and have connecting doors to other rooms. Kay is very friendly and has a wonder smile:) prefect place to stay when passing through town or staying a few days visiting.

Friendly service. Clean, well-maintained, nice laundry. Wifi worked fine. Free breakfast at 7 am, a little late for us, but manager offered us some muffins and fruit, very kind. Neighborhood is not very prosperous, but was safe enough. Would stay here again, a bargain.
