Nice size room with frig and micro, which is great when travelling with young children. Poor continental breakfast, but we were able to put food in the hotel freezer, which made it okay. Had to request extra towels for a family of four, which took awhile to get. The indoor swimming pool was not as heated the night we swam... more

October 29 and Nov 13 2009 We stayed one night upon our arrival and our departure from Albuquerque. We chose this hotel on the reviews I found here, and we were not disappointed. The area around the hotel is not that spectacular due to its age, but do not let that stop you from staying there. You are nearby to... more

After accidentally getting the wrong room Kay made everything alright. She upgraded us to connected rooms. Ended up being better than we had reserved. Kids had their own space and we had our privacy. Very nice. Kay went out of her way to be sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this spot in Albuquerque. more

Booked a room here based on the reviews and was sorely dissapointed. First, the motel is located in a declining area of Albuquerque. There were several motels and multiple businesses that had closed near by. Second, the motel is located right off of a major thoroughfare. We heard traffic noise all night. Third, the motel room reeked of cigarette smoke... more

Stayed there for an extended weekend and could not have been more pleased. The rooms were spacious and clean and the indoor heated pool was a nice treat. The service was exemplary and the staff was extraordinarily friendly. Definitely staying here again the next time I am in town!!!! more

My wife and I decided to stay at the Sandia Peak Inn based solely on the reviews we read on Tripadvisor.com. We traveled from Albuquerque to San Diego and Kay's place was by far the best stop of the trip. Rooms are clean as pin and the service was as good as it gets. Our stay there was a wonderful... more

Incredibly clean, spacious rooms and the nicest, most energetic motel owner I have ever met. Kay works as hard as anyone could to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The price is very reasonable and the motel is near Old Town, museums, the aquarium, and Rio Grand Botanic Garden and Zoo. There is easy access to freeways to get... more

After reading others reviews, and booking the room from the airport parking lot, we were not disappointed. Clean, friendly and accomodating. The owner, Kay and her husband, were very nice and friendly. They take pride in their business and their customer's experience. We were worried about leaving a loaded car of camping gear, etc., but there were no problems. The... more

We chose this inn as a central location for our trip to New Mexico. All the reviews on this website are true--when you read the glowing reviews you wonder if it could really be this good--but it definitely is. We stayed here 5 nights in September and really enjoyed our stay. This motel is 2 or 3 years old, independently... more
