The pictures are a little deceiving. I stayed based on other reviews and during the festival there wasn't much left. The people were very friendly they let us check in early. The rooms were clean but kinda old. There was a stale smell. It's not convenient to balloon festival but close to down town. I don't like people walking up... More

After 5 long days of traveling, we landed at Sandia Peak Inn @ Albuquerque New Mexico for the intent of seeing UNM, last stop on this road trip. We checked in at 1:00 am. We were greeted warmly and with compassion after 1000 miles. There was actual food @ the free breakfast including fresh cantaloupe, feel good, hard boiled eggs... More

Found the Inn on a booking website, I wanted to stay at a small locally owned establishment. I am so happy I did! The owner was super nice, the bed comfortable, the room spacious, the property well cared for. A continental breakfast is included in the stay. I wanted something close to the Bio Park, and this is it! I... More

A nice place at a great price. Very clean with a local owner that really cares for her customers. Best way to get to hotel is exit on Hwy 45 off I40 to Central Ave NW...that way you avoid the route through town.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy. However, the hotel rooms were very nice. Clean bathrooms with plenty of towels. Giant comfy beds with a nice size flat screen. Walls are a little thin but overall a good place to stay.

I traveled cross country with my sister and we had a great experience at this hotel. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and offered us an upgrade to a larger room for just a few dollars more. The room was gorgeous, huge, clean, and very comfortable. It felt very luxurious to us, as we'd been budget traveling... More

Nice place! You can tell it's old but the place is so well cared for that in spite of it's age, it's a great place to stay! Clean, quite and everything works! I'll stay here again next time I need a hotel in Albuquerque!

We stayed two nights over Super Bowl Sunday and had a very nice experience. The flat screen TV and the associated "Xfinity On Demand" system was especially nice. The same as we have at home. I have never run into this in the past at a motel. All of the other motel features such as cleanliness, breakfast, decor, mattress, and... More

This is the best budget hotel that we have stayed at. Very clean and the owner is very considerate. Downside is the hotel is about 4-5 miles off the highway. The breakfast is very basic and isn't served until 7:00 am. We have stayed here 4 times in our travel to and from Colorado. Suggestion, don't eat at the Mexican... More
