My favorite place to stay and play in Albuquerque. Restaurant choices are good. The buffet is excellent and with player's card, you can get $$ off your bill. Thunder Road steak house offers delicious selections and Johnny Rocket's is always great for a quick burger or shake. Rooms are clean and frankly, I don't go there to stay in the... More

Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quite. (Price we paid for a room was excellent!) Pillows on bed was not the best I've slept on.(could have been a lot better) Restaurant in Casino had very good food.....buffet style. Casino was lots of fun....did not win anything to speak of, though!

Comfortable, spacious room. Nothing fancy, but clean and well above adequate. Noise was a bit of an issue as patrons in nearby rooms came in at late hours. Food is available at the casino, but not a lot of options. Buffet is rumored to be very good, but at $25+ per person on the weekend, we weren't hungry enough to... More

We did not stay at the hotel. We were staying at one of the casinos in Albuquerque and decided to drive out to see the Route 66. The billboards under estimate the distance to the casino at 10 miles, which might be true if you take the furthest west bounday of Albuquerque and then add ten niles. From the main... More

Don't waste your money on a mixed drink in this bar, they water down the booze. Get a beer instead, or order a double shot of whatever liquor you want. Casino is nice, though, as is the venue for large shows.

Was pleasantly surprised by the updated , reasonably priced Route 66 Hotel/Casino. Staff was extremely friendly everywhere! Hotel desk, restaurant, casino floor... can't say enough nice things about the people! I would stay there again in a heart beat. Close enough to Albuquerque, have a Day Care if you want to play, AARP discount. Great Casino... new games constantly

The room we got was clean, comfy and nice all around. The little bath and body works shampoo and soaps added a special touch. Really enjoyed the hotel room. On the other hand the casino was tough to swallow as it's ok to smoke in the casino. I'm used to casinos with no smoke. The rules about alcohol were very... More

This was a great room for the price. I have never found another casino to be so inexpensive. They have a great poll for the family, and the kids had a fun time in the arcade. Also, to top things offthere was a good selection of places eat. All in all, we had a great time! See you again soon.

I was going to Albuquerque for a long weekend and was going to stay at one of the other casino resorts but they were full or extremely overpriced . I looked online and decided I would try Route 66 , Glad I did because it was very reasonably priced and was close to the city . You get more than... More

Not sure about the weekend but It cost just about as much as a Motel 6 to stay here during the week and you get much better facilities and rooms. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Best casino in the area.
