It's been said in other reviews but its true. The rooms are great. They are very large and include everything you could possibly need for any type of stay (business or leisure). Of course I liked the kitchen and desk area as I was travelling for business. The front desk staff were awesome. Very helpful and friendly. They always gave... more

My daughter and I vacation frequently and this was our first time in Albuquerque. We brought two other family memebers with us. We did a lot of research on where to stay and we were so happy to have stayed here! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, accomdated our every need and wants, and gave us a fantastic deal on... more

The Hyatt Place was ah excellent hotel for our family. Immaculate rooms, wide, flat screen TV, free internet, great breakfast. Our only compaint was the poor service and incredibly unfriendly staff. They provide no information at check in, or in the room for breakfast times, local activities, pool hours, etc. All is to be garnered from the in house service... more

We stayed twice in May, about 10 days apart. Each time we had a large, clean room with good beds, quiet air conditioner, separate sitting area, huge flat screen TV, and good breakfast. The first night we were on the sixth floor, and discovered one elevator only went to the fifth floor. The second stay we discovered one of two... more

The hotel itself looks to be a clean and well kept place to reside for your stay. However, I was placed into a dirty unkempt room under construction and given some of the worst service here of any of my business hotel stays. I travel weekly across the US and stayed here as it seemed to be close to the... more

I was very impressed with the ease of check in and the quality of the room. Very large flatscreen TV, good desk to work at, and very quiet. If I had one complaint it would be that there pool was closed and no hot tub. more

The Hyatt Place ABQ airport is a really nice place - the rooms are pretty huge and they have a nice little living room area with an l-shaped couch and HUGE flatscreen TV and a computer desk. There is also a tiny fridge in the room. The bed was nice and comfy but the bathroom is really small and outdated,... more

We spend winters in southern NM and make regular trips to Albuquerque. We've tried a number of other hotels and given the economy, looked for a "better" deal this month without success. This hotel is attractive, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff is friendly. more

I'm impressed with Hyatt's new concept, Hyatt Place. It feels like a boutique hotel when you walk in. All the rooms are junior suites complete with wetbar, empty fridge and sink as well as flat screen tvs, living room area and comfy beds. The room rate also includes their continental breakfast buffet. The entire property has complimentary Wi-Fi They do... more
