This was a great visit for us. I arrived early in the day, about 1130 AM. Even though I knew my room wouldn't be ready, they went out of their way to find an available room and let us go ahead & check in. The shuttle service, which I thought was only for the airport, will actually take you anywhere... More

Convenient to the airport and access to main roads but difficult locating the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice, clean and ample in space. Very nice breakfast and room price were reasonable. No restaurant but a good salsa and sandwich selection.

Stayed at the Hyatt Place for two nights in August and had a very pleasant stay. However, approaching the hotel is not intuitive and it took me three attempts to find the hotel access, although I am not completely new to the area. The hotel has a Sunport address, but cannot be accessed from Sunport. If you try, you are... More

We don't go to airport nearby hotels for the thrill. They just have to be convenient. Like a few others, this one is too. But there is a very valuable plus: the people working there: very friendly and efficient. At a very decent price for a very comfortable room. Another plus? The breakfast: nice, fresh and healthy. They get up... More

I've stayed in some awful hotels in my time, but the hotel was anything but that. The beers at the hotel bar are a little pricey. I think I paid $4.50 for a Coors Light. I would definitely try to park in the front, and here is why. When I said there, I was out back smoking at the little... More

Had a reservation for the Hyatt Palace in Downtown but somehow Hotels.com made a mistake and sold the same room twice. They didn't have any other rooms available but the guy at the counter was busy checking for a solution for us. Very good service. We had to drive to the Hyatt Palace at the airport which was about a... More

My family and I stayed here over the weekend and it was very nice. We had 3 people in a king bed room with a pullout couch and it was comfortable. The room had everything we needed, except it would have been nice to have a microwave. The breakfast was better than most hotel continental's and was easy to find... More

Stayed here for one night while visiting town. Hotel was close to the airport and had easy access from the freeway. Rooms were decent except for the sink in my room was clogged. Other than that everything was great.

We had been on a Colorado road trip and stayed in several mid range properties. None of them came close to this hotel. We had a very large room that really was 2 rooms. The check in person(I forgot her name but she was on duty at 4:00 PM 8/20) was wonderful. She gave excellent advice regarding restaurants. The room... More

We were just in Albuquerque a couple of weeks ago and stayed at a different hotel (that says a lot, right?) and thought that we would try something different. This was a very pleasant surprise. The check in was very easy. Considering that our flight was delayed and we got in late, there were three people at the front desk... More
