Older property, older furnishings, and not the level of service provided at a normal Hyatt Place. I have stayed at over 6 different Hyatt Place hotels and they have become my place of choice to stay, but we have now stayed twice at the ABQ hotel and will not do it again.

This hotel is great! Room has a large sitting area and a king size bed, plus desk, two sinks, tub and shower. The free breakfast is the best I've had, with new variety each day. A true bargain. You even get free wifi and the Wall Street Journal. The staff is friendly, you can snack at any time, the rooms are comfortable. Close enough to the city to stay here on any visit

We stayed there one night because of an early flight. The staff were exceptionally friendly. We ended up having dinner at the little snack bar in the lobby. Nice rooms,but avoid the sixth floor near the elevator, there is a big noise caused by the air conditioning motor or something of the kind. Otherwise, no flaws. Great breakfast. Near airport but distant from any attraction.
