Certain items like continental breakfast should be free . All others are free. It is a rip off to charge for a buffet breakfast , and not have continental breakfast free. I asked for a banana and a yogurt and was told that it will be $8.00 which is a completer rip off , continental breakfast if free everywhere.

I always stay at the ABQ Uptown Hilton Garden Inn. It is close to everything and the staff is great. Clean, Quiet, great amenities for business travelers and even families. The ABQ uptown mall is within walking distance and it has every type of restaurant/shopping you could ever want.

Had we known it was buffet only, we would have loaded up quickly, since we got there at 9:30, & breakfast ended at 10:00. So we paid $11.95 pp for 2 eggs & 2 slices of toast each. When the clock struck 10:00, the staff whisked away the food so quickly without asking if there was anything else we needed... More

Was expecting a nicer hotel. But this one is a well used and wore out hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are kind of nasty. But most of new mexico is nasty, The Sheraton Marriott down the road look much better. Next time I will try to make it to make it out of this state before I get a room.

I am so sorry you found your guest room unacceptable. Our housekeepers work very hard to keep our guest rooms clean and an unacceptable guest room is not the standard at our hotel. My sincerest apologies. I hope you consider staying with us again. We’d love to have you as our guest the next time you found yourself in New... More

We stayed one night here. The first night we were given a coupon for a free beer or glass of wine; they also served a hot dish which apparently changes every night. We thought this was very nice and the food was good. The room was fine; pretty much an average Hilton Garden Inn. The only problem is Hilton has... More

Probably more of 4.5 stars due to a weak breakfast, but we did have a good one night stay at this hotel. The room was modern and clean, as was the whole hotel. The beds were comfortable. We made sure to request a room on the side of the hotel away from the interstate. I expect it would be noisy... More

Stayed for 4 nights as part of a touring holiday in New Mexico and Texas. Junior suite was very comfortable. Hotel food is often average but the chef here is excellent and takes a real pride in his work. Clam chowder and pork tenderloin with apple and cinnamon were both very good. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly... More

We chose this hotel for the waterslide as we are passing through on a long drive and wanted the kids to get out some energy. This was definitely worth it. The rooms were nice. My only issue is that breakfast cost $12 per person and was no better than the free breakfast at the Drury Inn. If you don't need... More

No manager on duty- no one in charge- poor service in restaurant and paid #2.50 for toast we made ourselves- mysterious black hard substance on the pillow- told it was just something burned on the pillow- waited for 20 minutes to waitress, 45 minutes for food, and 20 minutes to pay bill- had to hunt someone down and go to... This is a great hotel in a great location. The shopping area, ABQ Uptown, is within walking distance and has stores such as Talbots, Target, Chicos, & Williams Sonoma, to name a few. There are several restaurants, if your prefer to eat outside the hotel. Parking is good, front desk helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Right off I40.
