I just want to start off by saying the The Grants are the most amazing hosts and went above and beyond to make our wedding special and something that ourselves and our guests will remember for a long time. The Grants blocked out all the rooms in both houses as well as the two rear carriage houses to accommodate our... More

My husband and I stayed here for a friends' wedding on the property and it was wonderful. We stayed in the Freeman room and loved the comfy bed and the claw-foot tub in our private bathroom. Kara and Steve do a fantastic job running this place and making guests feel welcome and comfortable. There are snacks in the fridge for... More

I LOVED everything about this B&B. I stayed at the Ivy room and had a large bed, a living room and a pretty big and awesome (private) balcony. I loved the comfort, decoration, location. It was close to a few good restaurants and walking distance to the convention center. I took the suggestion to go to Farina Pizzeria and it... More

My husband and I stayed four nights in the "Spy House" in the Gold Room during Balloon Fiesta a few weeks ago. We enjoyed the charming décor of such a historic and beautifully restored house, where atomic secrets were passed to the Soviets. The breakfasts in the dining room were very special--one day we had omelets made with eggs from... More

Very enjoyable 4 nights here around Balloon Fiesta. Many of the reviews sum it up well so what can I add.... Steve, Kara and family are wonderful hosts. Great food, good location, interesting history, comfortable room, fun breakfasts with fun guests. Not going to find much better....

I brought a group of 20 clients and prospects to this amazing dinner and mystery event which was taking a big risk that everyone would enjoy it. Let's start with the dinner. I actually had several clients call me the next day to tell me it was some of the best food they had eaten in a long time. That... More

We LOVED it here!!! Kara and Steve were wonderful! This was my first time in a Bed and Breakfast and my wife and I wanted something different from a traditional hotel. I promise you, you will not be disappointed! The property is beautiful, very serene, and within walking distance to a lot of things. The inside is decorated lovely, the... More

My husband and I were fortunate to stay at this B&B during Balloon Fiesta last week. We used to live in Albuquerque so it was very important for us to stay someplace that captured the "feel" of the town. This location was absolutely perfect - in a small residential area that was convenient to everything with lots of natural light... More

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Historic Bed and Breakfast! We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta and celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We stay in the Cabinet house which was private and welcoming. We had everything we needed. The BB is located near shopping and GREAT food. The inn keepers we so accommodating... More

Specifically planned to stay here on our Route 66 trip so that we could take part in the Murder Mystery - staying in the beautiful and tranquil Garden Room was a bonus. The House and Gardens are really lovely and everything you could possibly wish for is to hand. The Breakfast was delicious and all freshly cooked to order. Highly... More
