One of the worst , i've seen. Everything's old when it is holding , no remote control for the 12-15 channels they had. Mattress old , cleaness doubtful, found hair in my bed , beer bottle cap in the room , no neon in the bathroom , and the bath blocked and so,so , carpet dont talk about it etc...... More

I chose this place base on location and cost. We were visiting the battlefields around Petersburg . Was surprised at how many hotels there was in this area. Most were very run down and looked sketchy like they rented by the hour. Had no problem checking in and the desk person came out to check that very thing was OK... More

I chose this overnight stop on the basis of previous TripAdvisor reviews, which, I must say, have seldom let me down. This time it was a big mistake. I should have been warned by the sign at the check-in desk that stated bluntly that once you pay for the room, there will be no refunds under any circumstaces. But I... More

My family and I were driving back from Florida and were looking for a cheap place for the night. Well we found one. $45 for a Friday night isn't a bad price, but it was a little sketchy. The rooms are very outdated, but since we were only here for a night we made it work. It's a little off... More

We paid an even $50 to stay here on a Thursday night on our way to Florida. The hotel has an extremely convenient location, easy on and off Interstate 95. The people at the front desk were extremely nice. The rules seemed pretty strict but the area didn't seem to be the best so I guess they were needed. The... More

I decided to check-in here based on tripadvisor reviews. I was surprised by the sheer quantity of hotels at exit 52 of I-95 in Virginia. There may be 10. Don't expect to find restaurants at the exit, though. I would consider half of the motels at the exit to be sketchy. Parking lots at most were full enough, though. That... More

Everything here is fine except for the tub and bathroom wall tiles. They are very old and need renovation and replacement. I am not able to take bath or shower here because I don't feel comfortable entering the tub. Not being able to take shower, means I can't stay here again. The tub is very irreversible. No matter how much... More

I ended up at this hotel after having a poor experience at another area hotel. The lady that helped me was extremely caring and helpful - I had a great experience and the value was great for my budget.

The value for working individuals can not be beat. Josh and Tony provide excellent service and will assist you in any way. The rooms are clean, not fancy but comfortable. The location is very convenient to I-95, Hopewell, Dinwiddie, Colonial Hieghts etc
