This hotel has a great manager who knows the hotel industry. The front desk clerks are very accommodating. Ashley took the time to make sure my reward point were applied and got me the right room for my stay. I'll be back!

Reception and open area on ground floor looked rather drab. The room is typical, on the small side and ok. Housekeeping not done after 12 noon. The room Air-con/Heater made noises during operation. This is typical of floor unit type Air-con/Heater. The noises interrupted sleep :(. Breakfast buffet - standard affair with types of bread, greasy cooked stuff, fruits, packet... More

We are selected this hotel thinking that it would be like the great Holiday Inn that we know but this one falls short. First of all the coffee pot is located in the restroom not a great location. The soda machines are out of order and the elevator carpet is dirty. It looks like it needs a major remodeling or... More

Please accept our apologies for the issues you encountered during your stay at our hotel. We are in the process of renovating our hallways so that may be why you felt the carpet was dirty. The coffe makers in our hotel like many others is located inthe bathroom and we are not able to relocate them. We hope that you... More

The area that the buliding is at looks like its the desolate or old outdated part of Corpus. Inside, the lobby looks very nice and elegant. The staff was wonderful. Very accomodating and friendly. Things I did not indulge in, is the indoor pool and bar. Only because I did not have time. It is an old building, so keep... More

This holiday Inn feels a little dated in some areas though they have clearly spend money to update some areas like the rooms. For a full service hotel, it hit the spot, though the bar service was horrible; there was no bar tender around for 10 minutes and then when she showed up, proceeded to pour soda in my vodka... More

We have stayed here before their recent remodel and after. A great hotel with comfortable rooms. The new upgrades with an indoor fountain and updated decor look great. The pool is great and we really had a good time there with the kids. They keep it open late as well so you can relax and swim even if you check... More

I travel frequently on business and often stay at Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express properties. This is an older location (1970's?) with modernized rooms. I found the staff here to be amongst the friendliest, most helpful and conscientious I have encountered during travels across the US and Canada...from the front desk staff to staff met in the hallways to... Thank you for your patronage of our hotel. We very much appreciate the kind words. WE work very hard on our customer service and I am pleased to see that it is being noticed. We do not actually charge for refrigerators or microwaves. While they are in all of our rooms on the 5th and 6th floors all you need... More

I was a little nervous at first about staying here, because it can be tough to find a hotel under $100 during the season--but it was good. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. While it is not as close to downtown as I would have liked, it was convenient... More

Had a chance to stay here for a night. The lobby area is nicely designed with the waterfalls. Pools are ok. The room is very good. To reach shopping areas is a 15 minute taxi ride....about 25USD...you'll reach the "massive" shopping areas. The food is very good IMHO.

The staff at the hotel was great! Carlos is the one that checked us in and he was amazing!! The hotel is dated, but still in pretty good shape. There was a strange mildew odor in the hallway, but it didn't continue into the room. From outside our room door, you could see inside the room from the top of... More
