We have stayed at the Island House with friends during each of the last several summers. By its exterior looks, the property was originally developed back in the 60's but most of the owner held units have been renovated to more modern standards. never got to stay at this place. i booked a room back in january, paid a deposit, and i just got a call today 5/23/08 that my room was being taken by the owner for that week-end and they didn't have another room to accomodate my family until september!!!! no where on the web site does it say anything about... more

We like to believe that the only thing we overlook is the ocean! But sometimes, rare though they are, something happens and nobody in this buisness likes an unhappy customer. As a condotel our owners can let us know as little as 60 days out they want to use thier condo. 99.8% of the time we can move guests to...

We spent 3 days of our honeymoon at the Island House and really wished we could have stayed longer! Our room was ocean front and we had a balcony to enjoy the view... which was amazing! We watched dolphins jump in the ocean, right from our balcony! Our room was clean, bright and cheerfully decorated, we had everything we needed... more
