I have stayed here before, but this time is was different. No hot water for two days, terribly weak coffee and no Wallstreet on the second day. Guess I'm really spoiled by Hyatt's typical great service and consistency. Hope they get their act together.

The Hotel is brand new and immaculate. Room is evolved and innovative...meaning no bulky furniture, nice adult shower, granite counters, everything you need, flatscreen, (Directv like I have at home), perfect comfortable bed, great fold out couch bed for kids...newspaper at door when we woke up, little fridge, ice machine..the breakfast buffet waiting for us downstairs was the best set... The staff was very professional, the hotel is extremely clean, AC works perfect, rooms are spacious, and breakfast hit the spot. All in all a perfect place to stay for business (I went for business and will go again) or with family.
