My son's AAU team stayed this past weekend and I have to say that we had a very nice stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was exceptional and extremely helpful and friendly during our stay. They made our group feel very comfortable, it was very refreshing. I would stay there again.

Went with a group for a DC site seeing trip. Stayed 4 days. My room was nice, other than all the outlets where so old or ruined that my phone charger would just fall out of the outlet if not held in. The room next to us(part of our group)while they were taking a shower the whole faucet came out... More

We have stayed at this location many times and was given the best care. But this time there was a lot of confusion and everybody wanted to blame someone else for their errors. Reservations were made and when we got there - they had us coming in July. I just talked with them 3 days before arrival and told them... More

Hotel is a little outdated but the price was reasonable for what i needed. Would stay here again if i am in the area. Close to the Gaylord resort and a cheaper alternative for thise on a business budget .

Stayed here so my son and his best friend could attend Katsucon at the Gaylord. Staff were helpful. Hallways were very dim and furniture was extremely outdated. Room was pretty clean but small for a handicap room. Needs major updates i.e., flat screen tvs, in room phones that work, microwaves/refrigerators in room. And possibly lower costs for vending machine drinks.... More

Everything in the room was showing signs of long term wear and tear. Lines in shower where soap shelf used to be, repaired dents in the door, zero padding in carpet etc. Hallway was very dim. Could not get lights to go on in room - found they were unplugged as was the TV. Clock radio was missing several buttons.... More

The room was ok. The bathroom light fixtures had dust webs all over them. The faucet was old and run down. The phone in the room is something my grandmother used, the place is just old and run down. The gym, I was hesitant to use it, it's in the basement, small and remote, a little creepy and they didn't... More

I came for a martial arts tournament and loved the layout. Each conference room can hold up to 150 people. Parking is located all around the hotel. Rooms range from 120.00 to 14o.00 depending on if you want a queen or king size bed. They also have a aaa discount. The restaurant has a 10.00 breakfast buffet which consists of... More

This amazingly affordable DC area hotel is within easy reach of National Harbor (where you can easily spend 3X more than at this facility), nearby Tanger outlets, and depending on traffic, a manageable drive into DC.Parking is free. The lobby and first floor rooms have been well maintained but that unfortunately is not the case in the guest rooms. Faded... More

My room had no fridge and no microwave (a fridge was sent to my room), burn stains on the carpet in two places which was hidden by a chair (so they thought), there was a roach crawling in the shower, peeling paint in the bathroom, stains on the ceiling, wall paper coming away from the wall, unable to adjust the...
