The facility was beautiful with amazing views of the Potomac River. My room was nothing special but was roomy and clean. Double sink vanity and great shower. Rooms were decorated tastefully. Meals and beverages were a bit pricey but tasted good. Checking in and out were an ease. Service was excellent and friendly.

We went there for an awards dinner and it was very enjoyable . Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The Ice show seemed really popular with the kids. We didn’t see the show but are thinking of taking the grandkids down for an overnight stay. Nice little area around the the resort to walk around. Easy commute to DC attractions.

This place is way over priced. Major disappointment and rooms were nothing special. Restaurants were horrible including the Old Hickory Steakhouse which seem to be the best thing there. Thumbs down Gaylord....your bartenders need some training while you're at it.

This was the second year in a row that we stayed overnight at the Gaylord to enjoy the Christmas festivities and the ICE! show. We had such a good time last year that we decided to make it a family affair for this holiday season. This year we brought the rest of the family along (eleven of us). The Gaylord... More

Stayed 6 days at the Gaylord with my husband while he attended a conference. Room was very clean, large and had a nice view of the Potomac, the National Harbor, Ferris wheel, and Washington Monument. We were on the 9th floor. Very quiet. The hotel is festively decorated for Christmas and very, very busy with families attending the ICE show.... More

We've gone to the ICE show for the past 5 years and have stayed here 4 of those years. Last year this hotel was booked and we had to stay at ALOFT. it was awful compared to the Gaylord. If you have kids they will love the hourly light shows in the atrium. We go as a girls trip, 4... More

The hotel room at the Gaylord was nice and the overall quality of the hotel is excellent, however, the customer service needs tremendous improvement. My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night for her birthday. Please note, that we are locals and just wanted to experience the hotel first hand instead of just walking inside and observing. The dining... More

Went there on a big conference, and the hotel was good. Nice bed, big bathroom. BUT - the breakfast was expensive. The indoor pool had no deep end. All in all, a nice stay but nothing extraordinary! I only met staff when checking in, and checking out. They were nice. It is very impersonal. Its nice with the free shuttlebus... More

We are locals and decided to stay at the Gaylord National Harbor as a stress relief weekend and to watch the Christmas Tree lighting. To make this short, the hotel contracted a party event in one of their ballrooms that the music/crowd reverberated the rooms and building until 2:00 A.M. When many of the guests complained, to include us, earlier... More

I was here for a conference and have been here 2 years ago as well. The hotel and conference center are very large and great for conferences. If you are attending the conference it is obviously very convenient to stay at the hotel although there are other options within walking distance. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and it...
