The convention center is lovely and the open air atrium is dramatic. The rooms are comfortable with nice amenities. The restaurants within Gaylord are overpriced, but terrific restaurants are only a block away. Rosa Mexicana and Grace's Mandarin were terrific. New hotel with trendy shopping and resturants with in walking distance. Right on water with water taxi to historic area of Virginia. Very expensive to purchase anything on the inside of Gaylord. Overall nice. Short taxi ride to DC. more

The property is beautiful, but very overpriced. As with all the Gaylord properties, it is an "enclosed" city with limited access to amenities.
