Stayed as overflow for convention at Gaylord; it was right across the street. Veryconvenient, much less congested, very accomodating. Would stay again and recommend to others (very nice area: shopping, food, waterfront)

No Bar, poor breakfast, new hotel with very dated decor, drab and uninteresting. Very 70's like the set from Abigail's party. National harbour is a convention area, not good for tourism or vacations. Very industrial with continual churn of guests, hence no need to build loyalty. Wouldn't return unless compelled by another convention, hope not!

I booked 3 rooms here for 1 night on October 5, 2012. I bid on Priceline and rec'd the first room for $90 and it gave me the Residence Inn. After my siblings learned of the great price, they decided they wanted to go to DC also, so I bid on 2 more rooms and got them for $70 a... More

We decided to spend the weekend at the National Harbor this past weekend, and had a great time. The staff was very friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. A special "thanks" to Joseph for accommodating me & my family during our stay. Here's a tip: Even though you request a "room with a view", it is not a... More

Hotel is directly across street from Gaylord Conference Center/Hotel. I was there for a conference in the Residence Inn Friday through Sunday. Complimentary breakfast included fruits, breads, meats, eggs, pancakes, juices, etc. Excellent tasting and fresh. The coffee service is out all day. Food and beverage and lobby staff helpful at all times. Internet is included in room rate and... More

Terrific location right across from the Gaylord with terrific views of the National Harbor. Right in the middle of all you want to do at National Harbor--shopping, great resturants, water taxi to Alexandria. Hotel is newer and rooms are all suites, which is terrific. Staff were incredibly helpful, nice, and efficient. Breakfast is free and really good. We were there... More

Very fresh and new. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Nice view. Personable, helpful staff. Very limited TV channels. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruits and melon of the day. Good quality breads and muffins. Good quality yoghurt. Juices were acceptable quality. Only negative was that hot water was not available for showering at 5AM both mornings. Excellent dining is available within short walk.... More

Spend a weekend at this hotel while attending a conference at the Gaylor National Resort and Conference Center. It is just across the street and offer large rooms, free wi-fi, free breakfast, free business center. The Gaylor offers none of these. Therefore, it oushines its mammoth neighbor. The staff was friendly, rooms and common areas clean, breakfast was great. Can't... More

I stayed here with 3 other colleagues for a trade show. The rooms are ok, location is good. Security is terrible. The front desk re-rented my one co-workers room twice and gave other people keys, she woke up with someone in her room. I could have written this off to a mistake the first time though they blamed her (then... More

The Residence Inn is a very comfortable accommodating hotel in a truly unique part of Washington, D.C. The National Harbor Area of Washington D.C. is a wonderful place to stay. It is truly a world apart from the hum drum of D.C. proper. There are several hotels in this National Harbor area. Right across the street from the Residence Inn... More
