I was there for a trade show at the Gaylord directly across the street. Easy walk in the morning to get to the show - right across the street. Parking was close and convenient. Room was big and very clean. Breakfast was standard fare for Residence Inns - pretty good overall. Service was pleasant. If I had another event at... More

The Gaylord was sold out and I didn't mind one bit. Loved the Residence Inn. I did not encounter being told to sign forms stating that I would not "party", get threatened with a noise complaint policy and was not told I would have to pay extra for stains on the bedding.

The 2 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms apt was well furnished with tvs in both rooms and sitting room; one bedroom was facing the beautiful potamac river. The other room had a small desk as well and was much bigger. The kitchen had all utensils and everything enough for 4 people and of course dish washer and oven etcThe coin operated... More

We had a night out by ourselves for once and decided to spend the night at the National Harbor. The Marriott seemed like the way to go. I know it's the offseason, I was actually glad, there was hardly anyone around. The weather was great. The first obstacle is the parking. You're not sure what to do, temporarily park in... More

We were here for a cheerleading competition from Jan 17 to Jan 19 at the Gaylord across the street. I don't like paying to park but 13 dollars a night I guess is ok.Garage is across street.Check in was fast. Rooms were really nice.We had a king room with sleep sofa and a stove and fridge and microwave Beds were... More

I was at the hotel December 16 and 17 for the ICE! show at the Gaylord. Even though I got a discounted room, I was given a beautiful room with a view of the harbor. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and the breakfast and evening social food were very good and welcomed. I will definitely be back!

This hotel is so convienient if you have an event across the street at the Gaylord. It is a great value. Rooms are large, comfy and clean. The young lady that checked me in was great. Very professional, warm and friendly...exactly what you expect from Marriott. I believer her name was Darlene Jackson. She was great! After a few bad... More

My conference was at the Gaylord convention center, and I was put off by the price of lodging and the cost of having all meals in restaurants. Most of the other hotels at National Harbor are just far enough away that you will regret it in the case of foul weather (such as I had). So I went for the... More

My family and I spent the thanksgiving weekend in National Harbor. Our first night, we stayed in Gaylord. And second night, we stayed in Residence Inn. And oh boy! After feeling so cramped in Gaylord, with just so many people coming and going - I guess, I can't blame Gaylord on this since National Harbor doesn't really have much to... More

Was able to obtain a discount and decided to stay on a Friday night before Christmas 2013. THE GOOD 1. Other than check in, staff was polite and nice 2. Liked the location. Wasn't right in the heart of the harbor where all the traffic is (where tourist congregate). 3. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, pancakes, pastries, bagels,... More
