I stayed there for two nights on business / pleasure. I found the staff to be very professional and accomodating. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The room rates are reasonable but the extras add up. $15 for an inroom movie, $30 / day Valet pkng, $11 to self park, $10 for wired internet, so forth and so on.... more

I traveled to the National Harbor area for a conference. I also brought family along to make a mini-vacation out of it. This hotel is new and the amenities are good, the place is clean, but like everywhere else in the ENTIRE D.C. area, service was very lackluster. Had issues with party noise that appeared to be coming from the... more

This hotel was clean but not many amentities the pool was small and the room it was in was very warm. Not a place for kids and if you are going into DC do not stay in the Harbour it is way too far by boat it is not easy around a 2 hour commute and that is with a... more

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to visit National Harbor for just one night. We were very impressed with the National Harbor location. Frankly, we chose the Westin because of the price. It was definately worth the $109.00. However, I'm not sure that I would want to pay anymore for an overnight stay at this hotel.... more

II took the extended family to dinner at the Westin at National Harbor. We were looking forward to a nice evening since the view was terrific and the restaurant was nicely appointed. Unfortunately, the food was terrible and very pricey. The service was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy. It was one of the worst dinners that... more

My wife and I stayed here thinking the service would be better than at the Gaylord next door. Boy, were we dissapointed. I don't know how the service at the Gaylord was but it has to be better,This was one of the worst examples of customer service that I have ever experienced. First was when I tried to use the... more

I stayed at the Westin for a major convention going on at the Gaylord next door. It is convenient to the Gaylord and is a great alternative if you don't want to stay in the Disney/Vegas scale of the monster hotel next door. The room was Westin Generic, but lacked an ottoman at the small chair (and it was small,... more

We (Mother, Aunt and myself) stayed at the Westin National for Mother's Day and looooved every minute! I used my Starwood Preferred Guest card and was placed on the SPG Floor - 6th floor. We passed by it a few times since the name of the hotel is on the top of the building. That was the only hiccup I... more

The hotel is brand new and has beautiful views. If you are willing to over look the lack of service, then you will love the hotel. When I travel, I like services such as valet, room service, and a helpful front desk. When I pulled up to the hotel, there was not anyone to valet my car. I left my... more
