This is not the Ritz Carlton, but is perhaps one of the better places to stay in this area without breaking the bank. Decor is right out of the 60's, but is clean, reasonably priced and the proprietor is friendly and helpful. On the way to the Oregon Caves

I am surprised by all the good reviews on this site about this "resort". It's no resort. We had planned to stay here with our family 6 but once we saw inside the cabins and motel....We left to find somewhere else to stay. The cabins are old. It honestly smells like a mix of mold and cigarette smoke. The outside... More

I hung my hammock here for 3 nights ($17/night), and caught up online with free WiFi (available in a common area). Hot showers cost a quarter; washers and dryers are $1/load. Campsites are large and more private than most. You can buy ice cream, ice, and more. The management was very responsive and friendly. Excellent spot!

We arrived at dark (and interrupted their dinner) and left by 8am so didn't see anything outside of our room, but I was pleasantly surprised by what we got. I was recommended this place by someone who works at the nearby zip lines. I read several reviews before booking and I read things like "rustic" and "swamp coolers" and some... More

My wife and I rode our Harleys and stayed here one night. We had a small cabin with a kitchen. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire place is very well maintained and clean. The cabins and motel are rustic but clean and well-maintained. The cabin had a small swamp cooler which worked just fine. The bed... More

This is a quaint place reminiscent of the motels of the 40's-60's. We stayed in the cabin on the far left side; kitchen, fridge, table in one room and our full-size bed in the next. First, the con: the bed was terrible - squeaky, creaky box frame, hard mattress. My wife and I had to keep changing positions because our... More

We needed a room on our way to the Redwoods after a day of play at the Oregon Caves. We had read reviews of the Junction Inn in town and then did a drive by. Stay here, not there! Small motel (5) rooms, affordable and clean. Staff is super friendly. Also, they are on the same highway as the Caves... More

I live about 5 miles from there and decided I wanted a weekend away with my husband to go swimming. When we got there the room requested was not available, so we got a room close to the office. (What a mistake.) Day one was settling in. Day two we were going to go swimming. We looked and looked for... More

There really are not decent places to stay in Cave Junction. I wanted somewhere quiet. That depends on your neighbors, I learned. The walls are paper thin ... a group of motorcyclists were spending the night, sitting outside my room, I could hear every word. There is one outlet in the room. The heater in the bathroom "Hasn't worked for... More

We stayed in a large cabin which included a full kitchen with everything we could need. The bathroom was quite small, but worked just fine for us. The bedroom included two full size beds. We found the beds to actually be rather uncomfortable. As a light sleeper, I found the cars coming and going on the gravel driveway at night... More
