Third stay at this hotel and it remains one of my favorite in the downtown area. King, allergen free room was ready for check in and keys were standing by from the online room selection process offered by Hilton. Room was spotless as were the fitness and pool areas as noted during a quick afternoon workout. The complimentary Starbucks beverage... More

Room was well appointed and clean. The wifi was excellent. Liked having the single serve coffee maker and a mini fridge. While I didn't get a chance to try the pool and fitness facilities, they looked amazing. Staff were very pleasant and helpful when I needed them and unobtrusive otherwise. Location was excellent for the Rootstech convention. I will definitely... More

Rooms are perfect for stretching out a bit. In-room refrigerator is a bit on the small side, but great for a bottle of juice or that leftover dessert you want to savor later. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, not to mention Trofi's and the amazing Spencer's in the hotel. Drawbacks - Trofi is not open... More

Dear Peg I, Thank you for your recent visit and positive review. We do think the rooms are a little larger than most hotels and the mini refrigerators, while small - offer a great place to store snacks while in your room for an extended visit. I am pleased to share that we are working on adding a lunch menu... More

Dear Blowenfusen, Thank you for your many visits to our hotel. We appreciate your loyalty and your compliments regarding the clean rooms. Takashi is a great sushi bar - but I also recommend Naked Fish, a short 2 block walk from the hotel. Jeff Protzman General Manager More

I liked my stay at this Hotel. My room had a nice view to the mountains, the service was pleasant, food was good. The gym was ok but did has too little choice. The equipment is a bit outdated but it's possible to train a bit. The pool is also fine. I liked that this Hotel is located in the... More

Nice hotel room and bed, but I think it was over priced. I was surprised that I was able to receive emails on my iPad through a wifi in my room, but if I wanted to SEND an email or use the internet, I had to pay extra. The room was already pricey without an extra charge. There were computer... More

Dear Kitty S, Thank you for your recent visit and your review comments and details. I apologize to you for the inconsistency of wifi both in your guest room as well as the lobby business area. We do charge for internet access in the guest rooms ($4.99 or $9.99 depending on bandwidth capacity) but the business areas in the hotel... More

More upscale than we usually use, but close to the Salt Palace conference we were attending. Good example of the Hilton brand. The pool is actually long enough to swim in. Staff was friendly and helpful.
