The Hilton is a fairly indistinguishable white and glass hotel from the outside, rising over ten stories. But inside, it features modern furnishings, helpful service, clean guestrooms, sizable pool and exercise room, and other nice amenities. My pluses: 1) Terrific location diagonally across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center; 2) Shuttle service to and from the airport ($8... more

This hotel is your standard Hilton hotel. The rooms are very clean and the hotel had a very good restaurant for breakfast in the morning. The service was a bit slow (especially for check-in...we waited 10 minutes in a check-on line at 11pm on a Tuesday night). Overall a great hotel for business in Salt Lake City as it's right... more

Standard hotel room. Nothing special. Coffee was good Lavazza, but other than that, blah hotel. The crib was unpainted metal, and my toddler cried and refuse to get it, she said it was "scary". Beds were decent. Typical small hotel rooms, in a typical commercial hotel. Toasters Restaurant around the corners has a great lunch! The biggest plus is the... more

My wife and I had a good stay at the SLC City Center Hilton. It’s a nice hotel in a good location and on top of that we got a great rate and free parking. If I had to point put out one issue, the cleaning staff needs to better care for the air vents. They were a bit dusty.... more

After a very dissappointing stay ( DIRTY / VERY POOR MAINTENANCE / CARELESS & AIR-HEADED STAFF ) at the SALT LAKE CITY AIRPORT HILTON HOTEL, I thought that experience (along with the public antics of Paris Hilton) would probably keep me away from the Hilton chain for ever !!. But a couple of years later.........here I am staying at the... more

I admit, I have high expectations when I stay at a Hilton. Some of the staff were very friendly and professional - but others were very lackluster. The biggest problem during my stay was room service. The first morning I ordered breakfast through the door hanger method, requesting my meal to be delivered between 9:00am and 9:20am. At 9:20am, when... more

I am a huge fan of the Hilton chain because they are consistent between hotels. However, the Salt Lake City Center experience was a dismal one. There were multiple problems -- all brought to the attention of staff -- that were not taken care of. To begin with, the front staff was not at all up to snuff of the... more

Had a very nice stay at the Hilton. Nice room. Great location. Enjoyed a nice steak at Spencers. Lots of night life near by. I parked for free on the street. Booked through Priceline 55 bucks a night. more

I came with a friend on business. He had booked the room through Hotwire, on what we thought was a great deal for a 4-star hotel. But, if this was one of the best hotels in SLC, I am afraid to see the others. Positives: the location was great, close to everything ("THE" mall!); gym was really nice with a... more
