Good location in the center of town. Wireless in my room did not work. I was told that this was not a new issue for them and that the wireless provider would need to fix the issue which would take several days. Disappointing, had to work at Starbucks. Would not have expected this type of poor customer service from a... More

Why think of the TV show Mad Men while staying at the Hilton? Because the luxury hotels seen on the series matched the luxurious feeling I had during my business stay. (Everything was modern an updated of course.) I was also flashing back to the portrayal of Conrad Hilton in an early season of the serious. They portrayed him as... More

If you are a Mormon, this hotel can't be beat, very short walk to everything. Underground safe parking @ $15.00. If you are a Hilton Diamond, nice upgrade to the top floor, $9.00 for a full breakfast, Con. breakfast free. Beds are good, hotel is super clean. Ten min. car ride from the airport & $20.00 cab. also, they had... More

I spent more than sixty (60) nights in hotels last year (2013), so I know what I’m talking about. This Hilton in downtown Salt Lake City offers a rock solid guest experience with consistent service and a great breakfast! My wife and I stayed here for a business trip; it was our second visit to this Hilton within the last... More

Stayed here on a trip across the country and I couldn't have picked a better hotel. Right in the center of SLC. Close to tons of restaurants and bars and all the religious stuff you might expect there. Very clean, great valet/hotel staff and nice in-house places to eat if you go that route.

This is everything you would expect from a Hilton. Yes, you have to pay $15 a day parking and $5 wifi charge, but if you get a really good deal on the nightly rate it makes it as reasonable as a good motel. The standard of the room was excellent: modern, light, airy, quiet aircon, very comfortable bed, and chairs.... More

Rooms are spacious. Staff if wonderful and take care of you. Was with a bus group so but they handled it professionally. Walking distance to Mormon Tabernacle. Awesome sight no matter your religion. Have to pay for wifi unless using it in lobby. Great center to print out boarding passes!!

dessert! There are two little features in the bathroom that they could improve: first, the bath towels, though on a huge shelf, are hard to reach from the tub, and second, the toilet paper dispenser is open ended and the paper falls off onto the floor.

The Hilton provided a great location to host a bridal shower, and they offered great rates for our shower attendees. The hotel staff exceeded our expectations from the planning details of our event, catering, hotel check-in, breakfast, amenities, and check-out! The staff all went above and beyond to make our event and stay a successful, rewarding and memorable experience. The... More

A great building is still a bad hotel when the staff don't care, that's not the case at the Salt Lake City, Hilton Hotel city Center. These people really get it, they go out of their way to do whatever they can to be of help. You can't not enjoy the quality of service.
