Stayed two days with three kids. Rooms are clean, facilities are relatively new. Good standard hilton. Breakfast offered at the restaurant has a good choice and is good value for kids. The gym is well equipped and the pool is large and warm. For a full hilton we were just expecting a bit more.

Decent place to stay, but the restaurant is too pricey. The temperature also doesn't adjust very well, so I was either too hot or too cold all weekend. The location is good, the staff are helpful, and there is very nice scenery. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Don't eat at the Starbucks in the lobby; the sandwiches are awful.

Great customer service, cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking. Only suggestions would be: 1. online reservation said the upgraded room had a pull out bed in the couch. There was no couch. My son slept on two chairs pushed together. 2. no free breakfast....therefore Embassy Suites usually wins out. 3. costs extra for parking and internet....(why?... More

Best Stay over Housekeeping ever. None of the "Clean around your stuff", This is how my MOM used to clean! Location great, staff nice but man the Gift Shop has me peeved. Get this...I went to the gift shop on 1-2-3-4-5 5! Separate occasions only to see that annoying "Be Back at____" They take more breaks than Olympic Sprinter. On... More

Dear Thom F, Thank you for the compliments regarding our housekeeping department. I will share your comments with the third party that manages our gift shop. I agree with you- It is unacceptable to have that many closures. I greatly appreciate this information and I apologize that we did not see this problem and address it before your post. Jeff... More

My first stay at the Hilton. The hotel itself is very comfortable yet one has to pay for every single thing. At the price one would expect free wifi Internet as most hotels do. It all adds up for a very expensive subpar stay. Not good value for money. The best part of my stay was the breakfast which was... More

Decent facility with a decent location. But they totally rip you off. $15 per day for self parking. I had a package delivered and they charged me $15 to receive it! All they did was set it on the floor behind the front desk and wait for me to come pick it up. They didn't offer to take it to... More

Dear Dirk V, Thank you for your post and constructive feedback with regard to package delivery and pricing for our parking and In Room Dining amenities. I will be investigating the package charge and protocol, as these seems odd to me since we delivery 100's of packages monthly to guest rooms and meeting rooms at no charge to our customers.... More

Stayed there during a business trip to Salt Lake City. Hotel had all the basics, bed some toiletries ie shampoo etc. The restaurant was horrible and overpriced. The breakfast buffet was terrible might as well have been fed cardboard. The staff realized how bad the food was and made a good effort to make up for it thus two stars... More

I recently stayed here for a conference. I found it to be a little old fashioned but quite typical of an older style Hilton Hotel. I had a king room on the 16th floor and it was clean and comfortable with a nice view across Salt Lake City. It was clean and well appointed and very suitable for a business... More
