Stayed at the Hotel for a weekend in January, attending a Medical Seminar. Arrangements for the Seminar were excellent. Staff very Helpful. Excellent Restaurant, Spencer's steak house inside the hotel. Rooms clean and pretty much standard. Location is very convenient. Good eateries in the vicinity. Convention center and Mall nearby.

This hotel is very centrally located, clean and complete with all amenities you can imagine. The conference rooms are awesome! The staff are its biggest asset. Inclose prolixity to everything you can think of when coming to SLC of a 2-day conference. It is practically walking distance from most restaurants, the Temple square and the capitol.

I attend a conference this past (2015) April and the Hilton Salt Lake City was the conference hotel. I was unfortunately to late to get the conference discount, so the price was a bit higher than I liked. Making the reservation was very easy and it was updated almost immediately on my Android phone app - something that made my... More

Stayed here for two nights. Great location and close to the shopping malls, bars and restaurants. The leisure facilities were great and the staff were all very pleasant to deal with. A great point is that the in house steak house was excellent. The menu was not huge and over powering and the dishes I had were all excellent. The... More

We went there for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints General Conference in April of 2015. The rooms are nice, clean and large; the bed (king) was very comfortable. We were upgraded at our check-in to the 17th floor where the rooms are larger. Although we tried to get a room with a view of the Mormon Temple,... More

In this as in others, people from all over the world staying with different languages and customs. Your hotel have to train staff, especially the hotel manager, who would have to have more respect when talking to guests, and not show forms of racism, blocking the door of my room, unable to solve a momentary problem. I registered the day... More

I stay regularly at hotels in the Hilton family, but this was the first time that I have stayed at a Hilton Classic. I have to admit that I have felt much more at home at other hotels. The staff was very professional and helpful, but it wasn't as inviting as I was expecting. It seems like at other places,... More

Walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. Short drive to many sites. The room was large, comfortable and quite. The TV reception/quality was poor but the pay per view movies allowed us to catch-up on new releases. Coffee bar in lobby was great for quick breakfast.

We were celebrating our 8 year old granddaughters B-Day. From the minute of check-in, in the Spencer's restaurant at night, and with the complimentary breakfast (Diamond member) the staff treated us royally. The location of the hotel is well placed - very walkable to City Creek Shopping, Starbucks, the State Capitol, etc. A good value and property.
