Stayed for a sporting event. Service was excellent. Room was clean, quiet, and roomy. The maids started a little early the next morning vacuuming but the breakfast was fabulous! Will stay again. more

Emergency trip to SLC for family crisis. Stayed at Royal Gardens and will stay there again, only next time for pleasure. Very friendly staff, prompt attention to requests, clean rooms, comfortable beds, Our only problem was an unhappy baby in the room next door. more

Stayed at hotel for 3 nights for business trip. If your looking for luxury wouldn't recommend you stay here, but if you want a clean room for a good price this is your place. Although our room was a bit dated and could have used a little caulking in bathroom, it was very clean (including carpet!). Everything in room was... more

Stayed here on night on a tour. I guess it depends where you are in this hotel as to whether it is ok or not, our room was facing the main road so it was noisy through the night. The room itself was ok, beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was included although a very poor fresh fruit selection.... more

I stayed here for just one night with a large tour group in July. The hotel itself is a typical basic motel.Good size room, comfy beds and big bathroom. But the area well you be the judge. On returning from dinner across the road we got approached by a guy saying his wallet had been stolen and did we have any change? My friends... more

Great downton location, ideal for skiers who don't have a car and want to ski different slopes (city bus across the street from hotel takes you to 4 different slopes within 45 min or so). Within walking distance of downtown core. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Problems: No Super ski pass (includes transportation) available at hotel 2 days out of... more

The room was okay. The only complaint about the room we had was the airco. The airco was not working very well. So it was really hot in the room. The hotel had free internet acces. The hotel restaurant was good. Breakfast was simple but okay. The location of the hotel is great. Close to de centre of Salt Lake... more

My Wife and I stayed at this Hotel last year on the way to Las Vegas and we wished we were staying longer. This year we stayed 3 nights and we are having a hard time understanding all of the complaints in the reviews? The room was extremly clean and smelt very fresh. We got a King Sized bed and... more

Very dirty rooms and staff that went home very early every night. We had a electric socket hanging off the wall that a child could put it's hand behind and despite twice telling reception it was still hanging off the wall when we left. more
