Some of the reviews have not been so good. We decided to try anyway and were pleasantly surprised!! There was coffee in the lobby all day and night, refrig and micro in room. Business center where you could even print off things...no cost. Rooms were just fine!! Location is excellent. We would stay here again. There is a restaurant within... more

It is still hard to even imagine I went to SLC to get my 5 yr old schnauzer after looking in CA for 18 mo. I had never been in a hotel or airplane with a dog. I twisted my bum knee so I arrived limping---someone got me ice and someone offered to go to the drug store to get... more

I was pleasantly surprised staying at the Ramada Inn near the airport on Amelia Earhart Drive. Really clean rooms, a comfortable bed and great front desk service. Would definitely recommend for business travelers. Breakfast included in the price. more

What a dump! It actually stinks in this place, it is falling down in my opinion, in our room alone the desk chair has [--] on it, the desk has a leg torn off it, the smell is hard to explain like old people who bathe once a week? hard to explain, I can see it has become a truckers... more

I am sorry your stay was so unpleasant here at the Ramada. We have changed Management Team since you have stayed here, Cooking Staff, and menus. I hope you will come back and give us another chance to serve you. I appreciate you review as it helps us make changes whenever they are needed. Sincerely, Bryan H. Taggart DOSM

The management of this hotel is completely incompetent. Never stay here. They botched everything, then lied about it. They do not care about their customers. Do not stay here. It's not for nothing that this hotel is rated so poorly by TripAdvisor--near the bottom of all hotels in the entire city. more

Not a good place to stay. The airport shuttle was 1 hr late after we called we ended up taking a taxie back to the hotel to get our cars. The front desk people charged the whole group to my credit card after I told two different people that everyone was on there own He used VERY Bad language out... more

Well, I read the reviews and begged my office to change me out but with the outdoor retailers in town, I was basically stuck. I have had a sinus infection and some difficulty breathing anyway with the cold. I had reserved a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room. I opened the door and nearly gagged. I... more

We were put up at this hotel two nights ago by Delta Airlines, following a missed flight. What a HORRIBLE place!! The only nice thing about this was the lady at the front desk. She was certainly pleasant enough. The remainder of the staff left a little something to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 10PM and checked... more

I am sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with your latest visit in our hotel. The Ramada SLC Airport is under a wonderfuly new management staff since your stay and the training we have implemeneted is extensive and working wonders for both staff and guests. I hope you will consider staying with us again in the future....

We missed our Delta flight connections coming back from Cancun. Lara, the front desk clerk was great. She informed us that this was a nightly occurance with Delta Airlines. Delta paid for the room. It was awful, dark dingy, and to top it off my husband and I got violently ill from the take out only restaurant food. NEVER Delta... more

Make sure you don’t leave anything behind. Chances of you getting your stuff back are very slight. Very dissatisfied with customer representatives at front desk. Sad part is we even got confirmation that item was found. Customer Service Representatives at front desk need some customer skills. more

I am sorry to hear about the poor service you received at our front desk on your last visit. We are under new managment and with the training that is going on and the new staff in place we are getting rave reviews about our cutomer service. I hope you will give us another try and let us WOW you...
