We stayed here for a night before flying out of SLC. Perfect location for an airport stay, and the price was amazing. The room was also surprisingly large and comfortable. There were some negatives though--no elevator, and that was tough with all our luggage and some older people (although help was offered from the desk staff). Also, no recycling was... more

While booking my stay at this Baymont Inn I checked out the ratings at Trip Advisor, and they were not good. The AAA agent booking it for me also said they have had some complaints, but we needed a place that allowed us to park our car while on vacation, and it was short notice. If those other reviews are... more

Musty room, traffic noise and noisy corridors amounted to a ripoff for the price. The bath was old, old, but a little placard said that if you needed additional toiletries there were available at the front desk. I did and the clerk said to use the vending machine. The vending area only had snacks, go figure. The hotel was packed... more

We stayed for 2 nights in January and were freezing cold the entire time. We had a room with 2 outside walls and I swear the heater was blowing cool air when we checked in, we had them come and look at it but they said it was fine and gave us some extra blankets. Good thing because the only... more

Although we stayed here on two separate occasions in one week, the reservations were lost both times. The first time we made the reservation by telephone 6 hours before arrival and the next after booking on Baymont website. As said before no elevator and noisy corridors. Even worse having a room next to the ice machine. Rooms spacious but not... more

Booked two nights using Hotwire. Checked in at 11pm. Assigned a horribly stinky smoking room. Tried to brew coffee to dissipate the smoke odor. Didn't work. Called front desk (she was the only good thing about the place) to ask if they had other rooms we can move to. Hotel was fully booked. She called nearby hotels to check if... more

The outside appearance of this palce is reminiscent of the old road-side motels before interstates, but the inside is a definite throwback. 2-story, no elevator. Modern hotel design calls for doors to rooms to be recessed off of hallways, breaks up the sound and visual lines. Not so here, the doors are flush and every hall is an echo chamber.... more

The major problem we had was that the air conditioner did not work well, and it was hot. There weren't any other rooms available. It is,also, a 2 story hotel with no elevator, close to the freeway. Another drawback was that the bathroom was very small. On the plus side, the pool was nice and so was the breakfast. Beds... more

We would NOT recommend this hotel. Despite calling to make our reservation AND calling 24h before to confirm, they did not have it right. After seeing the advertised $59/nt, we called and requested adjoining rooms with double beds. No problem, but had to charge $79/nt. That was ok. Confirmed the day before. Arrived to find no record of us requesting... more
