DIAMONDS MEMBERS BEWARE. This hotel could care less if your a Diamond member and I really mean it. They won't bring water and the usual stuff to your room and it is the stingiest Embassy Suites ever when it comes to an up-grade. I am currently staying at this hotel " and checking out early" I asked for the two... More

Great stay last week-the hotel has recently been re-done (they were still finishing up the lobby restrooms) and everything was in great condition. Good service. Nice breakfast. Within walking distance of nice restaurants/bars (yes, in SLC!) Last time I was in town I stayed at the Homewood Suites-this was a MUCH better property, I thought. I didn't experience any noise... We were visiting Salt Lake for a ski trip Wonderful place to enjoy whether or not you are skiing. The evening "managers reception" was always enjoyable, and lots of restaurants close by to enjoy. Fitness center had everything needed to stay in shape if you weren't skiing or could enjoy the pool. Staff were extremely friendly and great in getting... More

Recently remolded hotel a few blocks from the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. We stayed in April 2012. Hotel rooms are very clean, quiet, spacious and have great beds. We slept a family of 4 comfortably. The entire hotel is spotless. They are constantly cleaning, mopping floors, dusting, etc. Cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Breakfast is wonderful. The Plum... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites this year on our annual John Wayne Snow Sports Society trip. This is probably our 7th year at the hotel and it keeps getting better. Although the hotel is under a needed facelift renovation, the stay was still great. This year, there were only 5 on our trip, but in the past we've had... More

This hotel had all the things you would expect at an Embassy Suites - nice amenities (the managers reception was better than most, some good local brews on tap and friendly service; the cooked to order breakfast better than most buffets, but not stellar;the onsite restaurant exceeds expectations). it was a bit tricky figuring out how to get into the... We are a family of 5 and stayed here the end of March for a few days. The only complaint I have is that the options of rooms were either one king or 2 doubles. The double beds are really too small to fit two people comfortably. Other than that we had a great experience. Dimitrios took and delivered our... More

This hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation--you have to use the side door because the front door and porte couchere are all torn up. It is a typical Embassy experience, friendly staff, nice breakfast, spacious suites. All of it is a bit dated, however, and it seems like the renovation they have started is long overdo.

Our stay has been wonderful! Great room, very good service but truly incredible restaurant! The chef came out himself to be certain dinner was up to our expectations and I promise you this restaurant exceeded our expectations! Wonderful stay!

I was able to get a good priceline deal for this hotel and although the pool was unexpectedly closed for the day ,we still had a great time. We went swimming after it opened in the evening. The 2 double bed suite worked perfectly and the crib was just right for the living room, even with the hide-a-bed pulled out.... More
