I've had many friends stay here over the years. When everything else is already sold out--they've found a real value and gem by staying here. The rooms are big and clean. Staff is friendly. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. It's not fancy at all- but it works! More

Great choice for overnight or an extended stay. This 3 Star hotel lives up to the advertized value completely. The downtown is convenient to the places we wanted to go. The whole building should be non smoking. The 4th floor is quietest but I think they send all the smokers to the end of the west wing. You can still get wiffs of smoke in the closest non smoking rooms. California had non smoking hotels and restaurants in the 80's. More

I stayed here a couple of nights while visiting this fascinating city. I was given an enormous room (practically a suite) with kitchenette and living room. Nice hotel. Large room with 2 queen beds and small sofa, frig, microwave. Double sinks. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Close to Temple Square. Stayed one night early Nov 2011. Good price, above average hotel. Room was clean, well equipped with flat screen, fridge, micro. Comfy bed (triple-sheeted), quality towels, good water pressure. Breakfast buffet is outstanding - one of the best I've had. I've stayed at other Crystal Inns - good chain of hotels. No disappointments so far. More
