I stayed at the Armstrong Mansion on a Thursday evening and found it to be comfortable and pleasant. It was not entirely booked. I had no issues with temperature of water or of the room and the weather was hot when I was there. I had a very small room in the attic but it was fine for one person.... More

1st late me say the lady that checked us in was very friendly and full of history on the mantion. The mantion itself is beautiful. However, the room was so small that you can easily get claustrophobic (we stayed in the July room). The room had no central air, only a portable cooler (that didn't work), a fan, and the... More

We came here for our 15th anniversary. We were excited to get away. The atmosphere of the mansion is wonderful, though the thing that could have used some looking at was the bed. The bed was old, loud and uncomfortable. I'm not sure If the beds in the other rooms were like this. We stayed in the September woods room.... More

We arrived, full of expectation( not least given the price) but sadly the blurb - 'gourmet breakfast'- left us wondering if there was another Armstrong mansions Had it not been for the two lovely coupleswe had conversations with at the hotel it might have been a disaster. As it is, it is a case of, you win some, you lose... More

We stayed in the February room so had a large bedroom but it was so dark with only 2 table lamps and no real central lighting! A quirky spa bath up a set of spiral stairs was completely superfluous and in fact just plain weird - better to have lovely sitting area up there with a coffee maker. Staff were... More

This is one of our two Go-To B&B places for special occasions. Between the awesome innkeeper, the great room and the phenomenal breakfast (catered to my GF diet), it was the best Anniversary we could have asked for! The conversations with the other guests in the morning at breakfast was upbeat and entertaining along with the stories our hostess (innkeeper)... More

The pictures don't do the bedrooms justice. We arrived at Armstrong Mansion before anyone else so we could tour all the bedrooms. Each room was historically decorated and bigger then the pictures look. We loved the February Interlude with the comfortable bed and Jacuzzi for two. Since I have to eat gluten-free, the cook made the Quiche gluten-free that day... More

We have stayed here a couple of times and have always had a good experience. The rooms are personal and well decorated to the theme. We love the history of the Mansion. The breakfast is very nice and complete, especially if you are there on a day they bake their cinnamon rolls. It is close to a vast assortment of... More

My wife and I enjoyed the hotel from an historical setting of life in a house where originally there were more than one wife and 22 children. Interesting furnishings and helpful staff. Great breakfast and close to Mormon temple.l

I really loved my stay at the Armstrong Mansion. I liked that the staff are warm and attentive, but give you lots of private time as well. The rooms are so lovely, I stayed in their smallest room as I was by myself, but they have beautiful large rooms with spa tubs also. My room was on the third floor... More
