Hotel was very clean and room size was good. They only have double or king size beds no Queen size. Beds were uncomfortable and bathroom lighting was poor. This was a very middle of the road springhill suites. Onsite Laundry - $2.00 washer/dry and u have to buy your own detergent. They keep running out of quarters at the front desk - so BRING YOUR OWN roll of quarters if you plan to do laundry. Other than that, the washer/dryer works perfectly. This hotel was wonderful on all accounts. From the breakfast, to the rooms, to the staff, we were satisfied. The location is right in the heart of everything. We would stay here every time in SLC.

The hotel is very nice and has everything you could need. The suite was excellent as was the breakfast selection each morning. The staff were also friendly. The hotel is on the edge of the downtown area and is within easy walking distance of all the attractions and tram stop.

I had complained about lack of Canadian TV stations in American cities on this Snowbird route.
